M&L for attending break down of LT over head lines, under ground LT cables up to LT terminals of transformer ACBs / MCCBs of LT panels and feeder pillar boxes of distribution system, over head lines, including repairs and preventive maintenance of LT panels for smooth and trouble free LT power supply including repair/replacement of fittings/fixures, rectification of minor defects to electrical controls and accessories and attending break down in INS EKSILA technical area, JCOs inliving complex and DSC inliving complex area.

Note :- (i) The rate quoted is inclusive for the following :- (a) Attending minor repairs / breakdowns without involving any new materials. (b) Cost includes the tools for attending break down and minor materials like lugs and PVC tapes,Job Cards and Complaint registers etc. (c) Major repairs, Break downs invloving S&F of materials such as cables,Transformers,cable Joints,MCCBs etc are out side the scope of this item and shall be measured and paid separately.

(II) Contractor should ensure to carry out the work through qualified Technician / Electrician and assisted by the helper. Necessary tools & plants and tranportation charges are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iii) On completion of the task/attending break down necessary Job card shall be signed by the stake holder.

Shock treatment chart duly laminated with wooden frame enclosure all as specified and fixed in position as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
