SH-I : DG SETS & AMF PANEL

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 250 KVA Diesel Generator Set with necessary civil foundation in acoustic enclosure confirming to latest enviromental protection regulations for emmission and noise levels complete with diesel engine along with required AVM pads, rated 1500 RPM , water cooled, electric start, turbo charged, after cooled confirming to the latest standard coupled with alternator of 250 KVA rating, brushless, self excited, self regulated,minimum Class H insulation and suitable for continuous operation at 1500 RPM, generating 415 +/- 5% volts at 0.8PF (lag) 50Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system. Both engine and alternator shall be mounted on common channel iron fabricated base frame, with suitable accessories such as two nos of 12V,150 AH(minimum capacity), LEAD acid Batteries alongwith leads, battery stand, intregral fuel tank, fuel piping from fuel tank to engine, residential silencer with flexible coupling and exhaust pipe length as required as per site requirement, cable termination box suitable for termination of 2 runs 3.5 x 185 sq.mm armoured aluminium cables etc as required and as per specifications.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Automatic Mains Failure Control Panel suitable for 250 KVA DG Set with By Pass arrangement, Power contactor of suitable capacity as per full load ampere rating of alternator for the mains and alternator supply, suitable size of copper/aluminium bus bars of rated capacity, control relays, battery charging circuit suitable for charging 2 nos.12V, 150 AH(minimum capacity) lead acid batteries, meters, indicators etc including making interconnections as required. The set shall be capable to deliver and transfer full load within a switch over time of 5 to 15 seconds complete etc as required.

Supplying and fixing exhaust gas piping extension of suitable dia. for 250 KVA/62.5 KVA D.G. Set welded black MS, B Class pipe conforming to IS:3589 cut to required lengths and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti-vibration mountings,SS Braided Rubber expansion bellows , insulation of exhaust system with mineral wool/ Rockwool of 25-50 mm thick , covered with wiremesh & aluminum cladding etc. as required as per specifications.

SH-II : Miscellanous work

Providing & fixing of 25mm x 5mm GI strip on surface or in recess for earth connection as required.

Making, Supplying and Fixing of Single line diagram of Complete power supply distribution system of Power House on flex board of appropriate size and display the same in LT Panel room complete as per actual.

Dismantaling and shifting of 250 KVA DG set along with AMF panel, etc. from its existing location at Tezpur Airport and keeping it as per direction of EIC.

Dismantaling and shifting of 62.5 KVA DG set along with AMF panel, etc. from its existing location at Tezpur Airport and keeping it as per direction of EIC.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. - 3½ X 95 sq. mm (45mm)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. - 3½ X 185 sq. mm (57mm)

Supply of 3.5 x 95 sq mm XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor under ground cable of 1.1KV grade conforming to IS:7098(Part-I) with upto date ammendment

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

SH-III : AMC for 5 Years (After Defect Liability Period of 1 Year )

Annual maintenance contract of 250KVA DG sets which includes monthly visit for checking the Engine and Alternator with AMF panel etc. including attending fault/breakdown calls as and when required with in a short notice. During the period of the contract agency shall carry out the periodical maintenance of Engine i.e. Various check, and on Alternator side i.e., vibration, diode, bearings, terminals, on AMF panel side i.e, contactors, relays & replacement of required spares as specified in contract agreement complete as per manufacturer recommendations, general conditions and special conditions of contract agreement.

a) 1st year - ( 6% of SITC cost i.e. Total of SH:I , Sl. No. 2, 3 & 7 a) including Frieght, insurance & transportation.)

b) 2 nd year - (6% cumulative enhancement on first year cost shall be applicable for second year.) For 2 Job/ Annum

c) 3 rd year - (6% cumulative enhancement on Second year cost shall be applicable for third year.) For 2 Job/ Annum

d) 4th year - (6% cumulative enhancement on third year cost shall be applicable for fourth year.) For 2 Job/ Annum

e) 5th yearc - (6% cumulative enhancement on fourth year cost shall be applicable for fifth year.) For 2 Job/ Annum
