Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge, 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres ( All kinds of soil )

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supply and laying of River Bed Materials including leveling, dressing, watering & consolidation in layer 20cm in depth each layer consolidated with power road roller of minimum 8 tonne capacity incl. carriages complete,

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level, 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with all leads and lifts carriage complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), with all leads and lifts carriage complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above or upto plinth level, Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in, Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand), with all leads and lifts carriage complete.

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

12mm Cement plaster of mix, 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand), with all leads and lifts carriage complete.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix, 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand), with all leads and lifts carriage complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete (1 mm thick )

Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing on wall face un-plasticized Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion (i) Single socketed pipes (75 mm diametre)

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide Zinc Chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, Two or more coats on new work

Engaging labour for dismantling and refixing of railings and miscellaneous works
