Augmentation of LIS Jukhala, Ashamajari etc. in Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (SH. Laying jointing and testing of GI pipe 150mmdia (PE) gravity line from MDT Ashamajari to village Upper Jukhala and C/o thrust block and outlet).

Amount

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. ( for pipe and pits) up to all depths and in all kinds of soils such as pick work, pick jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting in soft/ hard rock, chiseling/wedging out of rock where blasting is prohibited, in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking usable and unusable materials/ soils separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soils in 15 cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil / unusable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion of traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying, Jointing and testing galvanized mild steel tube screwed and socketed in trenches of 150mm dia. including tube fittings such as bends, tees, reducers, unions etc. complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).

Providing welding and fixing of MS flange @ 1% joints, conforming to following tabes as per IS: 6392-1971 (Lagest with upto date ammendments) and welding of MS flanges with GMS/ MSERW pipes in two layers on bothfaces including two layerson outer faces and one layer on inner faces to make the joint leak proof (the cost of providing and laying of MSERW pipes to be measured and paid for separately), the welding of flnages should convorm to IS: 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 81-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS: 1364, the thickness of gasket not less than 3mm conforming to IS: 2712-1998, the work shall be done and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing circumferential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to the varIous dia GMSERW pipe as per conforming to IS: 3183-2007 (latest upto date amendements of grade and wall thickness as specified below welded in requisite number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS: 816-1969 specifications by using welding electrodes of 2.5mm to 6.3mm of Advani Orelon (Adore)-CITOJET/ESAB make, conforming to IS: 814-1991 at site of work complete in all respect, including manual/ mechanical handling of pipe in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double flnaged slucie valve of following dia of Kirloskar/Leader make to gravity main conforming to BS: 1868 as per class-PN-1.6 in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement mortar 1:4:8 (1cement: 6sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete working:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation footings base of columns and the like and mass concrete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying of tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding cutting and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing RCC pipe of following dia in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MS angle bracket to coverand sefety of sluice valves in side out let chamber in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing HDPE equal Tee 110/90 mm dia (as per actual requirement) duly fitted on both ends with 63/75 mm HDPE coupler complete in all respect including all necessary fittings such as reducer etc. (No fitting less than PN-10.00 shall be provided) with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing HDPE bends 110 mm/90 mm dia (as per actual requirement) for filed outlet complete in all respects (no fitting less than PN-10.00 shall be provided) with in all leads and lifts.
