Taking down carefully copper or aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches ceiling roses, pendants, sockets bulk, head fitting, tube light fitting by unscrewing carefully from boards etc and making good, distrubed surface of walls floors etc.

M&L for Point wiring with multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable in PVC casing and capping, 1.5 Sqmm with all fittings/accessories and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper earth wire connected to common earth including closed recessed wooden terminal Boxes of suitable size made of 2nd class hard wood for mounting switches, sockets etc with 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for one light point or bell/buzzer point controlled by one switch, complete.

S&F Sub main wiring with two single core 4 sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade and 2.5 Sqmm as continous earthing drawing and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size with all acessories, complete all as specified. 02 run of 4sqmm x 01 Run of 2.5sqmm is considered as one length .

Sub main wiring with two single core 6 sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade and 4 Sqmm as continous earthing drawing and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size with all acessories, complete all as specified.02 run of 4sqmm x 01 Run of 4sqmm is considered as one length .

Replacement of electronic chokes 36 watt, 230 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply complete all as specified.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm and 6mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to the Galvanized iron earth wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron protected by provision of G I light grade pipe 40mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs two number and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape and GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75m long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of 40mmx8mm flat iron with fixing arrangement funnel wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returing filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50M all as per electric plate No 5 of SSR Part-I conected to earth test point as specified or indicated including testing on completion.
