Repairs to the leakages at around 15 spots along 400mm dia M.S rising main at lift irrigation scheme Zandfarn Zogiyar in paddy field at various cracked portions of pipe, pipe flanges, end to end joints, rusted bolts etc. by way of multiple weld of suitable appropriate sized of M.S plate runs, using M.S filler material and thickness wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier/ Tractor, manual labours, earth excavation at every spots and skilled welder for completing the repair work. The job also involves dragging of required tools/machinery in the paddy field where required for repairment of rising main with the help of skilled/ Manual labours. The Job includes the testing of rising main on full load of operation of pumping units.
