Somanathapur to Tavagorada _Road_PMC and SC Coat _0.620 to 0.970

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of H.G stone screening / binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 404 of MoSRT&H specifications including cost, conveyance, royalty, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Grading No.-3 with Stone screening

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means for low porosity surface including cost, conveyance, royalty & all other taxes of materials, labour charges, T&P etc, required for the work complete as per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom clause 503 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared Bituminous surface treated with primer using mechanical means including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 20mm thick Premix Carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60 kgs penetration grade of bitumen for 10Sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including running and hire charges of P.R.R but excluding cost and conveyance of chips and bitumen with cost of all taxes of labour etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 6mm thick Precoated Seal Coat using 0.06 cum of 6.7mm size chips as per sieve analisis and 6.8Kg of bitumen per 10 Sqm including hire and running charges of PRR with cost, conveyance , royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.
