Dismantling of existing water proofing treatment any type and thickness from top surface of roof slab including backing layer of mortar and removing the materials from the site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces for laying floor finishes/roof treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning the plastered/concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- (a) One coat of bituminous primer at the rate of 0.3ltr /Sqm of roof . (b) Hot applied bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 102kg (minimum) per sqm of roof. (c) 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/sqm). (d) Hot applied bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.2kg (minimum) per sqm roof. (e) Final finish with bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 0.15Ltr per sqm of surface.
