Taking down chowkhats or frame not exceeding 1.5 sqm each with shutter(s) (without taking off shutters from the frame), including removing from site and making good the disturbed surface as per original( except filling of hold fast concrete) , complete all as specified and directed.

All as per BOQ srl Item No 1.00 here-in-above but exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 sqm and not exceeding 2.00 Sqm. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel window (box type) factory made double shutter (glazed and wire gauzed) with side hung shutters including pintle type hinges, steel handles fabricated type for each leaf duly welded, mild steel barrel tower bolts 150mm size (02 Nos for each leaf) duly welded, complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded including MS fillets, including welding of guard bars including one shop coat of red oxide primer over window, frame & guard bars complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (i) Windows shall be fabricated as per HQ CE Chandigarh Zone drawing No. TD-219 Sh 1/3 to 3/3 dated 02 Jan 2007 with one amendment dated 22 Jun 07 in Sh 1/3 and dt 15 Jun 07 in sh 2/3 & 3/3 and these drgs may be referred from the office of GE (AF) Ambala.(ii) Glazing & wire gauge shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F Pressed steel frames size 125mmX60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges lock strike plate, etc.., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick, 2nd class hardwood rail and style plain, framed, panelled shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both face. The size of rail and stile as per IS :1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated and directed as Engineer-in-Charge

S&F to chowkats, 35mm thick,2nd class hard wood, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. complete all as specified and directed . Sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section -8, clause 8.24 (a).

M&L for Factory made, flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, 30 mm thick, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed

S&F Solid PVC Door frame of size 50 mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain PVC sheet reinforced with 19mm x 19mm M.S. Square tube profiles are mitred cut at corners and joined by inserting 2 Nos 150 mm long brackets of 15mm x 15 mm MS square tube shall 19 mm x 19 mm in square tubes and suitably screwed suppling & fixing in opening, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter, 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded /sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement and fixed in the frame at site complete as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
