Railway reserves the right to procure full/bulk qty from tenderers having satisfactory past performance for the tendered item as per attached Annexure- A , MAKE-LOBA or FLSHER or MERCK.The tenderers must upload documents pertaining to their credential / past performance in Zonal Railway/PUS/Other Govt. Organization, i.e. copy of purchase order corresponding challan, inspection certificate & R/Note in support of the same to be upload. If firm failed to upload/attach the said documents then their offer will not be considered as a valid offer and summarily be ignored. No back reference on either side will be made or entertained in this regard.
Firm has to comply to each and every Sl. no of the attached Annexure-A and upload the same. Failing to upload the complied Annexure-A will be treated as ambiguous, hence offer will be summarily rejected.
The tendered material to be supplied with valid Lab Test Certificate pertaining to the Parameters of attached Annexure-A based on which inspection of the tendered material will be carried out at consignee end.

Warranty will be as per IRS terms and Condition i,e 30 months or as per specification whichever is higher.
Railways prefers free delivery by Road at Consignee end i.e Door delivery basis.
Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
Inspection by consignee (ADME/ROU) after receipt of the material at consignee end.
