DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor, paving nexc 15cm thick(below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, as in Plinth protection etc finished even & smooth without using extra cement including forming necessary joints 12 mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meter and at change in direction complete all as specified & directed.

M&L providing cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm aggregate) in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in subbases/ sub floors/pavings etc. complete all as specified

Demolition of brick work, stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as spfd & directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in C.M. 1:6, complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as spfd and directed.
