(FOR ERECTION AND GROUTING OF POLE): Supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation and erection of pole for providing (1) Earth Work- 0.5 m X 0.5 m X 1.2 m. (2) R. C. C.- 0.5 m X 0.5 m X 1.5 m. (3) Centering and shuttering- 4 sides. (4) Steel reinforcement- Vertically with 10 mm rod (1.5 mtr X 20 nos.) and Horizontally with 8 mm rod (1.8 mtr X 7 nos.). (5) Holding down bolt- 24mmX0.85mtrX4nos. (6) 50mmX50mmX6mm- 04 nos X 0.5 mtrs complete with rod binding, refilling, curing as required. NOTE: Holding down bolt should be Galvanized Iron (GI).

Supplying and installation of of FEEDER PILLAR panel made from 20 gauge thick CR sheet duly painted/powder coated (600 mm Length x 600 mm breadth x 600 mm height) compIete with wiring of panel with 16 sq mm single core copper conductor cable with following switches and others. (1) 63 A 4 pole TPN MCB as incomer. (2) 100 A 4 pole TPN busbar arrangement with 25 x 5 mm cu strip 450 mm long, complete with insulator, nut bolt etc as reqd. (3) Reputed make analog time switch, coil voltage 240 V AC (4) Reputed make 40 A 4 POLE NO/NC CONTACTOR (5) lndication lamp R Y B (6) 03 NOS 63 A isolator as outgoing.

Erection of feedeer pillar with stand mounting arrangement from ground along with complete of fencing as per direction of Engr. I/c. (The stand should be 1 mtr height, 0.60 x 0.60 mtr length and breadth of 40 x 40 x 6 mm steel angle iron painting and grouting etc. as reqd).

Providing of Armoured Power Cable 4 X 35 sq.mm., 1.1 KV grade.

Providing of Armoured Power Cable 4 X 16 sq.mm., 1.1 KV grade.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Providing of 80 mm dia. G.I. pipe (medium class) for Road Crossing of Main Cable.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres. (0.6 m x 0.6 m x 25 m x 02 = 18 cum).

Providing and laying of HDPE Pipe, 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal).

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade, upto 35 sq. mm. size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supplying of 3 core, 1.5 sq. mm flexible sheathed cable, ISI marked.

Providing and fixing of LED Street Light Fitting complete with all accessories, 250 W, 250 V, IP 66 Enclosure, Efficiency: >100 Lm/watt.

Earthing with GI earth plate, 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 mtr long with supply and erection of 25X5 mm GI strip (2.5 mtr in each earthing) etc with charcoal and salt as required.

Supplying and laying of 6 SWG GI wire at 0.50 mtr below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/termination with GI thimble etc as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MOB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.(63 A)

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Astronomical time switch of 1 output per phase and suitable for single phase supply configuration to be mounted in feeder pillars / Lighting DBs for automatic switching On & OFF of street lights at sun set & sun rise or twilight (Auto ON, Auto OFF, Auto modes) with manual override facility with 12/24 hour display format with suitable battery and indication for relay status i/c programming at site complete as required.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
