(SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I)Special repair/roof treatment to certain OTM accomodation in technical area (Srl item No 1 to 14 here-in-after) Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in padding layers of Roofs, floors (other than ground floors) and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed

M&L cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in padding on existing roof surfaces & roof kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges and finished the top surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick with CM (1:4) on concrete surface including WPC as per manufacture's instruction, roof finished even and smooth without using extra cement over neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed (Note:-Liquid WPC will be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound. Note :- (i) 25 Ltr. shall be executed Schedule 'A' Part-II and balance quantity to be executed in this shedule.

M&L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 ( by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric water proofing membrance 3 mm thick (minimum) weight 4.00 kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric shall be laid over one coat of water based bituminous emulsion primer on the existing surface @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm duly thermofused by flame torch complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The overlaps shall be of minimum 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100mm on transverse direction (ii) Rate includes for safely removal of earthing strips running on roof slabs or any other fittings/fixtures and refixing the same in it's original postion over PCC Blocks 15cmx15cmx15cm after laying APP membrane all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. PCC blocks will be measured and paid seperately

M&L bitumastic gola, with 85/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture, 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 Ltrs not exc 500 Ltrs setting aside (for lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position after cleaning complete all as specified and directed. Note : Temporary connection to water tanks should be provided during the work to maintain the continuity of water supply and after completion of roof treatment water tanks to be placed in their original position and connections refixed properly

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in platforms, staging for water tanks etc including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1000 Litres capacity rotational moulded three layred polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part – I including necessary tank nipple, complete all as directed.

Taking down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal from site. Note:- (i) 13 Rm shall be executed Schedule 'A' Part-II and balance quantity to be executed in this shedule.

S&F 20 mm bore galvanised tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) 13Rm shall be executed Schedule 'A' Part-II and balance quantity to be executed in this shedule.

Re-fixing of galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, 20mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Old pipes retrived under item No 12 shall be used in the work (b) While fixing of pipe ,new fittings as required shall be provided by the contractor and cost of same is included in the unit rates of this item. (c) The old pipe shall be cleaned prperly before use in the work and cost of cleaning is included in the unit rate of this item.

(SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II )Special repair to certain Living in accomodation (Ph-I) Srl item No 15 to 158 here-in-after Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls/ concrete surface, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etccomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for half thick brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks available built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) in two layers (8mm thick with liquid water proofing compound over backing layer of 12 mm thick ) on fair faces of brick work incl finished the top layer even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (Liquid WPC will be used as per manufactureres instruction and it will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work incl finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI wire netting of 0.90 mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc in walls, ceilings etc. including all laps, cutting and waste fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples and Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double, battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing, complete as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 18 mm thick in two layers (12mm + 6mm) externally on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the urfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with and including liquid water proofing compound as per manufature's instruction on top layer of 6mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 12 mm thick on other side of lathing in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of undecorated new surfaces of AC ceiling board and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation new plastered surfaces of brick work or previously untreated and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and column in floors, roof landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves incl demolitionof existing reinforced cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant)

M&L for pre-cast reiforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1(using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in cover slab, set in cement mortar (1:4) with plain faces including necessary form work and including demolition of existing reinforced cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L TMT bar 10 mm and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 450x300x7mm thick glazed ceramic colour tiles on vertical surface set in neat cement slurry over cement screed and pointed in white or coloured cement complete all as specified.

S&F Granite (of any type) tiles 18-20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry over cement screed and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types as in wash basin top complete all as directed and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick, set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as directed and directed.

M&L for pre polished kota stone slab 15 - 18 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10mm thick screed bed in cm (1:3) and jointed incl cutting and polishing complete all as directed and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in cm 1:6 complete all as specified.
