CIVIL WORK

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil incluidng filling lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches including all T&P etc. complete As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 251.

Disposal of surplus earth qty same as above

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (I cemet:6 fine sand: 12 graded brick aggregate40 mm nominal size) and curing complete. Including cost of form work in foundation and floors (s.i.no 275 a)

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1:25 finess modulous mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials; lobour, and T&P etc.

12 mm thick plaster in 1:4 mortor

Reinforced cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cemet 2 fine sand 4 graded brick aggregate20 mm nominal size) and curing complete. Including cost of form work in foundation and floors (s.i.no 275 a)

Mild steel or iron

Collcetion and Consolidation of stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4-53 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. WBM Grading-III as per Technical Spcification clause 405.

S/Fixing of 80 mm thick Rubber moulded cc inter locking power block of strengh not less than M-30 grade complete as per T.S. Clause-1504
