Providing and faxing of RW Submersible pumps of KSB / WILO (Mather & Platt) make suitable for lifting clear cold water of undermentioned charactristics with impellers priming funnel, casing ring & shaft sleeves as per manufacturers standard practice. coupled directly to electric induction motor The pump set shall be suitable for operation on 415 +/- 10% volts, 3 phase AC supply The power of motor shauld be at least 10% in excess of minimum power required by the pump in complete range of +10% and (-) 15% of DP head. The motor confirm to latest IS specifications with upto date ammendments. It should include cost of wiring nuts and bolts painting etc. complete and suitable for following requirements:- Total Head:- 20.00 Meters Discharge 125 LPS or 450 M^3/Hr Characteristics of water - Raw cold water of River UHL

Providing and Fixing of manual start/stop starter panel suitable for pump set offered against item No 1 above.

Providing and Fixing of incomer panel comprising of MCCB with box and copper spreaders.

Providing and Fixing of Aluminium cable 70 Sq mm.

Providing and Fixing Copper cable from starter to panel (attached with pump)

Testing of all equipments for 3 days and providing any other fittings required as per site conditions and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, jointing and testing of GMS pipe bevelled edged conforming to IS:1239 of following size and class in trenches having random lengths of 5-7 mtrs including cost of fabrication of minimum 3 cut bends of required degree. The pipe shall have inside & out side Galvanisation at manufacturer work conforming to IS:4736 (with upto date ammendments). The pipe shall be jointed with circumferencial butt welded joints by electric arc welding with minimum three layers of welds so as to achive the minimum effective thorat thickness and strength of weld conforming to IS: 816-1969 sepecification, by using welding electrodes of 2.50 mm to 6.30 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Ador)- CITOJET / Esab make, conforming to IS:814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects. Each butt welded joint shall be tested with dye penetration test (with the kit consisting of 3 sprays of 250 ML each includes (a) Cleaner CL-96 (b) Penetrant PT-97 (c) Developer Div-98 of checkmate make) complete in all respects, including manual / mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-charge.
