Tender for Painting of 220,132kV, 50 MVA 02 numbers of Single Phase Power Transformer, and Yard Structure and Identifying and sealing oil leakage points of Both Transformers installed at 220,132,33/11kV Sub-Station, HPSEBL, Jassure under ES Division

Removing and cleaning the old paint from transformer surface and other metal surfaces to remove all dirt, grease, rust, loose paint particals and making the surface even & clean with hand scraping complete in all respect and as per direction of E.I.C

Applying priming coat on transformer surface with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate prime (conforming to IS 104) of approved brand 2 and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works as per direction of E.I.C.

Spray painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on transformer surface of steel and other metal surfaces including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter (a). with Epoxy primer grey matte finish EPILUX 610/ polyurethane/ 3 silicon/ Paint other than white (light grey paint RAL 7035, conforming to IS 631: of IS: 5 & 40-120 microms each) complete in all respect as per the direction of E.I.C.

Extra over item no. (3) for every subsequent coat of paint (a) with Epoxy paint other than white with Epoxy/ polyurethane/ silicon/ Paint other than white (light grey paint RAL 7035, conforming to IS 631: of IS: 5 & 40-120 microms each) complete in all respect on sixty percent of area of ietm 3 and as per the direction of E.I.C

Identifying and sealing oil leakage points on 66/33kV, 20 MVA power transformer at 132/66/33kV substation Jutogh using suitable high- performance polymer composite (e.g., epoxy-based or equivalent) resistant to transformer oil, heat, and pressure. Work includes surface preparation, application of polymer composite material, and ensuring complete stoppage of oil leakage. All work to be carried out as per standard practices and direction of E.I.C., complete in all respects.
