100.1.1:Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc., including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m, in all kinds of soil.

100.8.1:Fencing one side of trenches, 1.50m height with two rows of 10cm plastic caution tape in vertical casuarina pole (girth 15cm to 24cm) fixed at 2m intervals.

100.9.6:Laying uPVC pipes of class 2 to class 6 and specials, lowering to the trenches already made, placing in position aligning the pipeline to the lines and levels and jointing the pipes and specials with solvent cement and testing the pipeline with water to the required test pressure (excluding cost of pipes and specials): 63 mm nominal outside diameter pipes.

100.9.8:Laying uPVC pipes of class 2 to class 6 and specials, lowering to the trenches already made, placing in position aligning the pipeline to the lines and levels and jointing the pipes and specials with solvent cement and testing the pipeline with water to the required test pressure (excluding cost of pipes and specials): 90 mm nominal outside diameter pipes.

100.10.1:Laying HDPE pipes (IS : 4984) on land portion including conveying within initial lead and aligning the pipes, electro-fusion welding using automatic or semi-automatic electrofusion machines, testing the pipeline thus fabricated to suit the hydraulic working pressure and after testing, aligning the pipeline, lowering the pipe in position into the trenches already made, testing the line to suitable pressure with potable water before back filling and levelling the trenches including all labour charge, hire for appliances etc., complete but excluding cost of pipe and fittings: 90mm Nominal Outer Diameter pipes.

OD339689/2025-2026:Laying HDPE pipes (IS : 4984) under water including conveying within initial lead and aligning the pipes, electro-fusion welding using automatic or semi automatic electro fusion machines, testing the pipe line thus fabricated to suit the hydraulic working pressure and after testing , aligning the pipeline, lowering the pipe in position under water, testing the line to suitable pressure with potable water before back filling and leveling the trenches including all labour charge, hire charges for appliances etc. complete but excluding cost of pipe and fittings .90 mm OD HDPE pipe

OD7809/2026-2027:Supplying precast reinforced cement concrete in moldings in cylindrical shapes suitable for 90mm HDPE pipe having inner diameter 150 mm and outer diameter 250 mm and 400 mm long using C C 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), providing reinforcement using TMT steel bars, watering and curing the blocks, conveying and inserting the precast moldings in to the pipe while laying pipes in under water and ensuring pipes to be rest in bottom surface of river etc complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, hire charges of mold, watering and curing charges etc:complete but excluding laying charges of HDPE pipe as per the direction of engineer in charge.etc complete.

OD339980/2025-2026:Interconnecting the newly laid 90mm HDPE line with newly laid 90 mm PVC pipe using 90 mm CIR joint supplied by the contractor and placing in position, jointing and testing to the required test pressure including cost of all specials,all labour charges, hire charges of tools, excavation and refilling charges etc complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

OD8188/2026-2027:Interconnecting newly laid 90 mm PVC pipe with newly laid 63 mm PVC pipe line using necessary specials, making the joint water tight, testing the joint etc complete including cost of all specials, conveyance charges, all labour charges, hire charges of tools but excluding excavation and refilling charges etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.
