Supply of submersible pumping set of approved make such as KSB/CALAMA/BS/JOHNSION/ Oswal or any other reputed make approved by Jal Shakti Vibhag conforming to latest relevant BIS code. The pump should be fitted with free flow impellers of bronze/suitable alloy as per BIS 5659-1972 latest suitable for clear water of IS: 5659-1970 having greased packed bearing and shaft with bound stator on motor side & with shaft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft conforming to BIS specifications. The pump shall be directly coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor(water proof) of reputed make Kirloskar/ NGEF/Jyoti/Crompton make or any other required make approved by Jal Shakti Vibhag conforming to BIS 9283-1979 latest with upto date ammendments totally dust & water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechnical seal in oil chamber & grease packed lubricated bearing & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand non vertical loads with minimum wear & tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guards errection clamps, cable clips & depth gauge etc. & suitable for operationof pumping macninery (i)Raw water stage Phase-I Ayan discharge=11.07 LPS, Total head=38.14 mtrs.each pump (2 sets) Both working simultaneously & as per the technical specifications attached.

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of horizontal spindle, horizontal/redial split casing/end suction(Back-pull out arrangements) single/double/multi stage star rated centrifugal pump or combination of pumps, of recommended/approved make or any other reputed make approved by Jal Shakti Vibhag such as Mather and Platt/KSB/ Beacon Weir/Kirlosker/BE/Jyoti or any other approved make as per BIS 1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting water having turbidity upto 4000 ppm for under mentioned characterestics with bronze,impellers/priming funnels,casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze,shaft of steel grade 45C8/ EN8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common MS Base Plate to squirrel cage TEFC Energy efficient motors ( Conforming to energy efficiency code IE2 or higher ) of standard make such as Kirloskar /BHEL /CG POWER /Siemens /Jyoti /ABB /Marathon make or any other reputed make approved by Jal Shakti Vibhag and suitable for operation on 415 (+10% ) and ( -10% ) volts, 50 cycles / second, 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be at +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-)15% of the duty poiint head. The motor/motors as per ISI:325:1978 with upto date ammendments read with IS 900:1972. It should include cost of bearing nuts , bolts and painting etc. and should meet the following requirements: including Pump sets (working + standby ), necessary piping for suction, delivery & common header, alongwith electrical control panel with soft starters; as per requirement of pumping machinery; Complete work inclusive of all taxes,transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores / site, stacking, etc. including specials and wastage etc. It shall include providing and fixing of C.I/C.S Sluice valves of approved make and appropriate class to resist the design pressure and complete as per Tender Specifications and instruction of Engineer in charge. (i) Ist stage Phase-I Ayan discharge=11.07 LPS each pump, Total head=421.80 mtrs.(2 sets) Both working simultaneously & as per the technical specifications attached.
(i) Ist stage Phase-II Dhawal discharge=18.87 LPS each pump, Total head=290.36 mtrs.(2 sets) Both working simultaneously and as per the technical specifications attached.
