Supply of the following Semi-Skilled Workmen (2nd Class) required for maintenance works such as Sanitory works, Masonary works& Carpentry works etc., and other emergency works as and when entursted by the department during execution.

Carpenter 2nd Class

Supply of unskilled Workmen (Man / Woman Mazdoor) required for maintenance works and for polishing the brass grills, fixing MS Katanjanams works etc., and other emergency works as and when entursted by the department during execution.

Supply of Quarry Rubbish (35a)

Supply of brass polishing cakes of approved quality and make including cost and conveyance, all incidental charges etc complete as directed during execution .

Supply of coir puri of best quality including cost and conveyance, all incidental charges etc,. Complete as directed during execution.

Supply of turpentine oil of approved good quality and make including cost and conveyance etc., complete as directed during execution.

Writing the sign boards, Direction boards and painting Rangolies over cc roads with two coats of back ground one coat primary & one coat synthetic enamel paint over the sign boards with printing two coats with synthetic enamel paint over the back ground. The rate includes cost of paint, labour charges, scaffolding etc., required for the work. The paint should be done with first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make as directed during execution.

Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging Excavator- Loader (JCB) (Capacity / out put of machine 0.24/1 Cum) 1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs. 2. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of Earth per hour. 3. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor. 4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges. 5. The payment of the Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above. 6. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should have the Tacho metre and it should function properly.

Hire charges for engaging tractor with Trailer for conveyance of chain links & other materials etc. including loading unloading, all incidental charges etc,. complete as directed during execution.

Cleaning of septic tanks through sludge gulper (up to 4000 liters) including the conveyance of sludge gulper, operational charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

Machine mixed and vibrated design mix concrete M30 for pavement works for durability consideration with necessary reinforcement using 0.425 cu.m of 19mm to 22mm HBG crushed metal 0.425 cu.m of 12mm to 14mm IRC HBG crushed metal, 0.406 cu.m of sand of any approved quarry and cement 415 Kgs with water cement ratio of 0.38 (158 lit/cu.m of C.C) well compacted including centering with steel or wooden frames, preferably steel frames in straight position casting, curing cost and conveyance of all materials including centering charges, form work etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and binding wire, fabrication charges etc., complete as directed during execution and neat finishing of top surface and also providing expansion joints, construction joints wherever found necessary excluding cost of asphalt pad etc., complete.

NOTE: If pavement concrete is laid in between the existing kerbs deduction may be made proportionately for centering charges of 160.00/cu.m

Operational charges for vacuum dewatering system for finishing the C.C Pavements with screed vibration, placing of filter mat , top mat, vacuum process, floating , troweling, Brooming with wire brush etc., complete as directed during execution.

Painting Single coat for External walls - old with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Polishing the old wood work with best French Sprit polish of two or more coats of approved quality and make including brushes to have an even shade and including linseed oil, boiled, stopping cloth, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution etc., complete.

Painting Two coats for External walls - old with Acrylic emulsion Gold Paint exterior grade( with Ultima Gold N or equivalent) with ingredients of high durable gold pigment with silicon additives of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Painting with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades Grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.
