PART A: -Pump set

Design, supply, erection, getting approval , testing and commissioning of KWA approved reputed make electrically driven, high efficiency type vertical turbine pump set with bronze impeller, stainless steel shaft, flanged column assembly with strainer and all required accessories, confirming to IS. The pump shall be coupled with suitable vertical hollow shaft motor specified in item No.2 The duty conditionis of pump sets are given below. Discharge : 2580 lpm, Total head : 47m Suction head : 12m

Starter: Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of suitable rating (Fully Automatic starter with air break contact for less than 100HP ) starter suitable for the above motor with over voltage and under voltage protection, single phase preventer, over load relay with motor protection relay with main contractor and bypass contractor as per IE rules and code of practice etc. complete

Capacitor: Design, supply, erection and commissioning of APF capacitor panel having suitable capacity for power factor compensation for motors (power factor to be maintained as 0.95). The capacitor should confirm to IS 2834 - 1986. The rating should be specified

Supply , erection, testing and commissioning of suitable size best quality ISI marked heavy cast steel double flanged sluice valve as per relevent IS suitable for the above pumpset. (class PN 1.60)

Supply , erection, testing and commissioning of suitable size best quality ISI marked heavy cast steel double flanged reflux valve as per relevent IS suitable for the above pumpset. (class PN 1.60)

Supply , erection, testing , commissioning of reputed make ISI Marked 150 mm dia Glycerine filled pressure guage with stop cock and accessories suitable for the above pumpset

Cabling work: Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of suitable size XLPE cables for the above pumpset from panel board to starter and from starter to motor considering energy conservation.

Earthing: Supply of all materials and providing suitable earthing by using suitable size pipe/plate earthing GI/copper strip buried in ground and giving double earthing to motor, starter, panel board etc. as per IE rules and IS code of practice including cost, conveyance etc. complete.

Suction and delivery pipe connections: Supply and fitting of suitable size quality GI/MS pipe suitable for the above pump set and suitable flanges, nut and bolts IR sheet etc. complete and connecting the delivery side of the pump with the valves and suitable specials to connect with the pumping main including cost and labour charges etc. complete for satisfactory completion of the work

Erection and trial run :- Erection charges of the above motor and pump set including all electrical items on suitable concrete/ MS foundation with MS plate etc. as per relevent IS standards and IE rules including all cost for foundation works and labour charges etc. complete including earthing, giving connection to the delivery pipe with valves using suitable specials requiered ( specials if any required to be supplied by the contractor without any cost). After satisfactory erection of the above motor pumpset with all accessories as per the IS/IE rules, obtaining statutory approval from electrical inspectorate including preparation of drawing, obtaining approval for the drawings, arranging inspection of the installations and obtaining safety certificate etc., trial run have been conducted to the entire satisfation of the departmental officers at site.

Maintenance guarantee of one year over and above the guarantee period of one year -Total 2 Year (mandatory)-
