Cutting/Threading of existing GI pipe 32mm bore long/short rail on one side complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Almirah Small steel with shelves :- (I) The Overall size of Almirah shall be 1270mmx765mmx440mm having three shelves and four compartments, all sides of almirah viz Top, doors, shelves, base and legs shall be made of 1mm thick MS Sheet (nominal) having 01 Nos Handles of size 100mm long Chromium plated and four lever lock of grade-II quality shall be conforming to IS 729/1979 alongwith duplicate keys and all MS members shall be pre-treated with epoxy polyester powder coating (Black) 70 microns by 7 tank process and Oven Dried internally & externally with the following specifications. (a) Dry Film thickness more than 45 microns. (b) Salt Spray test with stand more than 1000Hours. (c) Adhesion as per DIN 53152 standards. (d) Pencil scratch hardness more than 2H. (II) Welding process shall be of MIG(Metal Inert Gas) type using Carbon dioxide and Argon blend. (iii) All MS surface shall be spray painted with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complet all as shown on drgs No FD-1032 Sh 1/1 dt 29 Sep 1993 and approved by Eng-in-Charge

Almirah large steel 1/2 H x 1/2 S :- (i) The Overall size of Almirah large steel shall be1900mmx910mmx475mm having two No-shelves and three No compartments and 01 Nos drawer & 01 Nos locker and all side of almirah viz body, shutter, drawer, locker, vertical partitions and shelves shall be made out of 20 Guage MS plain black sheet and having 01 Nos Handles of size 100mm long Chromium plated and four lever lock of grade-II quality conforming to IS 729/1979 alongwith duplicate keys and all MS members shall be pre-treated with epoxy polyester powder coating (Black) 70 microns by 7 tank process and Oven Dried internally & externally with the following specifications. (a) Dry Film thickness more than 45 microns. (b) Salt Spray test with stand more than 1000Hours. (c) Adhesion as per DIN 53152 standards. (d) Pencil scratch hardness more than 2H. Chair writing :- (i) The overall size of chair writing shall be 520mmX950mm and vertical & horizontal support of chair should be cantilever type powder coated MS tubular frame made out of 25mmX10mm in section and one piece of size 230mm arm rest made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85.shore 'A' hardness and reinforced with MS inserted . it shall be scratch and weather resistant both ,hand rest and 12mm thick hot presssed ply wood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with pvc LIpping all round. The polyurethane foam shall be 50mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 kg per Cubic meter thick and hardness 20+-2 kg on hampden machine complete as shown on drg. No FD/E 6/Map/12 Sh 1/1 dt 18-10-2006 and specified by Engineer GE.

Chair computer :- (i) The Overall size of the Chair computer shall be 700mmx700mmx1060mm and pedestal assy injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylona 10.5mm dia forged bright zinc plated MS Castor pin is of Press fittedinto each prong for holding the castors.It is 600mm pitch.centre dia and seat & rest provided 12mm thick, hot pressed ply wood upholstred with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam the back foam shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with pvc Lipping all round and hand rest shall be black intergal skin polyurethane reinforced with MS inserted and it shall be scracted and weahter resistant and back rest should be adjustable and droplift.Mechanism and adjustable range of 5 mm and can be locked in 5 steps for better lumber support complete all as shown on drg no. FD/E-6/MAP/01 sh 1/1 dt 18.10.2006 and as directed by the GE.

Bed Hard :- The Overall size of the bed hard shall be 2050mmX980mm and height at foot and head board side 500mm and 800mm respectively.it consisting of long rail and short rail of 25X65 mm sq rectangular pipe of gauge 18 and 8 Nos middle rails of 25X25 mm sq rectangular pipe of gauge 18 should be placed equal distance in line with bottom of long rails, vertical frame work at foot and head made of 38mm X38mm sq tube of gauge 18 and 12 mm thick BWR phenol bonded comnmercial ply board and 18X18mm sq tube frame for fixing of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board at foot and bottom complete all as shown on drg no. FD/E-6/Map/08 sh 1/1 dt 18.10.2006 as directed by GE.

Sofa five seater :- (i) The Overall size of sofa set shall be 1740mmx725mmx 735mm and 680 x725x735 mm of three seater and 01 seater respectevely. (ii) All woodwork shall be of Ist class teakwood of specie Tectona Grandis conforming to IS-1331:1971 free from dead knots and moisture content with in permissible limit as per IS-287:1973. (iii) Seat of the sofa to be provided with 12mm thick BWR Gde plywood conforming to IS:303 of Make Kitply/Archidply/Century phenol bonded of approved make cut to size as shown in drg. (iv) Cushion shall be of 100mm thick, 40 density, duly covered with acrylic tapestry, of 48’ wide fabric of shade approved by Eng-in-Charge. (v) All the Timber shall be got tested for its moisture content as per IS :287:1993(2003 Reaffirmed and all external visual surface should be polished with melamine polish complete all as specified and shown on drgs No FD/MAP-II/02.
