Dismantling & Removing of the existing 30 Mtrs High Mast for existing position duly removing of Lantern carriage & Head Frame assembly with all accessories on the mast including wire ropes, cables, Luminaries, Control Gear boxes etc., without damage to the material, including all labour, tools and tackles as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Floating Crane will be supplied by VPT at free of cost)

Assembling, Erection & commissioning of the 30 mtrs High Mast on existing position duly assembly, fixing and commissioning of Lantern carriage & Head Frame assembly with all accessories on the mast including wire ropes, cables, luminaries, control gear boxes etc., and including labour tools & tackles, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (High Mast, & Floating Crane will be supplied by VPT at free of cost)

Supply, fixing, connecting and commissioning of 350-400 Watts LED die cast alluminium housing Flood light fitting IP66 protection with all accessories to existing High Mast and providing suitable length of 3C x 2.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed multi strand copper unarmoured cable as directed by Engineer-in-charge including all labour, tools material and tackles. Make : Syska / Philips / Havells / Bajaj / CG

Supply and laying of set of winch drum rope of size 8 mm cont.7/19 stainless steel wire rope as per AISI 316 /304 grade duly providing suitable tumbles and ferrules suitable to Lighting high mast tower as directed by Engg.I/c including transportation loading and unloading etc.

Supply and laying of set of lantern carriage rope of size 6 mm cont.7/19 stainless steel wire rope as per AISI 316 /304 grade duly providing suitable tumbles and ferrules suitable to Lighting high mast tower as directed by Engg.I/c including transportation loading and unloading etc.

Supply and laying of 1100 volts grade 5 core x 4 sq.mm flexible annealed Tinned copper conductor cable with EPR insulated, PCP outer sheathed round trailing cable suitable for High Mast lighting tower application confg. To IS 9968 / Pt-I /88 with latest amndt. Make: Any reputed Brand.

Overhauling and Assembling of High Mast Double drum winch duly de-coupling the motor & winch, servicing, greasing, replacing the winch gear box lubricant including replacing the worn out bearings corroded fasteners for both motor & winch as directed by engineer in charge including transportation, loading and unloading with all labour, tools and tackles.

Supply and Painting of the High mast Tower with one coat of Zinc chromate primer and two coat of silver finish paint on duly cleaned surface with spray painting as directed by Engineer in charge including all labour and material. Make: Asian paint / Nerolac/ Indigo /Berger

Supply and laying 25 mm X 6 mm G.I strip as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm) as directed by engineer in charge
