CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH NYLON NEWAR FD-220: -

Taking out unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI pipe and Supply and fixing for new long rail 32mm bore medium grade matching with the existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - GI Pipe will be dumped in advance before commencement of work alongwith purchase voucher of authorised manufacturer as per approved sample by GE.

Taking out unserviceable short rail from Charpoy GI pipe and fixing short rail retireved out of unserviceable long rail as item Ser No. 1.01 above matching with the existing shape & size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable leg from charpoy GI pipe and fixing leg retrieved out of unserviceable short rail as item Srl No 1.02 above. MS plate 3 mm thick in round shape should be welded at the bottom of the legs including MNF set hook also be welded. Matching with the existing shape & size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable 3 way elbow from charpoy GI pipe and Supply and fixing new elbow 32 mm bore matching with the existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Weight not less than 400 gms as approved by GE.

Taking out unserviceable GI check nut 10 mm thick 32mm bore from charpoy GI pipe and Supply and fixing new check nut matching with the existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel flat iron 900 mm long of size 40 mm x 5 mm, welded to long rails horizontally (one end of each long rail) at equal distance including necessary cuttings, weldings, drilling holes where required for fixing plywood and painting to flat iron piece with two coats of black synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 12 mm thick plywood top of size 1990 x 910 mm, commercial type BWR as per IS Code 303 grade in single piece fixed on existing charpoy GI pipe after tightening of frame of charpoy if required including nuts, bolts of nut less tan 8 mm dia and GI washters (minimum 10 Nos for each charpoy) and taking out existing nylon newar complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Plywood will be dumped in advance before commencement of work along with purchase voucher of authorised manufacturer as per approved sample by GE.

Taking out unserviceable ply top from Charpoy GI pipe, Supply and fixing new plywood 12mm thick of size 1990 x 910 mm exterior grade BWR as per IS code 303. Before fixing of plywood all steel surfaces should be cleaned, loose part of charpoy to be framed and frame to be tightened including MS plate 3 mm thick in round shape should be welded at the bottom of all legs also be welded. Making 03 nos hole of equal size on both long rail and 02 nos holes of equal size on both short rail by drill machine. Supply and fixing of 02 (two) Nos of MS flat stiffners of size (40 mm x 5 mm x 900 mm) at equal distance on both the long rails. M&L for painting of all charpoy GI pipe and MS stiffner with two coat of synthetic enamelled aluminimum paint over a coat of red oxide. After that plywwod in all four corners of the ply duly round shape and smoothened by using sand paper etc. should be fixed with cup type nut and bolts as per sample held with BSO (South) furniture yard complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Plywood will be dumped in advance before commencement of work along with purchase voucher of authorised manufacturer as per approved sample by GE.
