Extra conditions

1 Above rate for cleaning is for roads in night ,Ratri safai and cleaning must be done as per the area

which is given by nagarpalika instruction.

2 The rate is for one year and for maintaining road cleaned as per nagar palika instructions alternate day

cleaning is required for as per norms.

3 The rate is including all taxes ,labour cess lavied on agency. Bidder has to give all the machinary and

and resources required to clean the roads including wire brushesh , trolleys and tractors and dump the

waste to nagar palika waste disposal site as per instructions.

4 Daily manpower register has to be maintained and kms log has to be maintined with sign of the PMC

and nagar palika engineer.

5 Bidder has to provide all the safety kits wo workers hand gloves etc to maintain proper hygenic

6 The time limit for cleaning will be start after the hand over of the iconic road up to 01 year or as per

instruction of nagar palika.

7 The Cleaning is including all the taxes.

8 The penalty of double the amount of daily fees has to be levied upon bidder for not cleaning the roads

and can be terminated on reciveing multiple complaints.
