The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work.
Providing and laying Autoclaved Aerated concrete (AAC) blocks masonry with 150mm to 300 mm thick with Grade-I AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 kg/ cum conforming to IS: 2185 (Part 3) in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. SH - V : CLADDING WORK
Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) :

Providing and fixing stone slab with table rubbed, edges rounded and polished, of size 75x50 cm deep and 1.8 cm thick, fixed in urinal partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and finished smooth.

Providing and fixing stainless steel cramps of required size and shape for anchoring stone wall lining to the backing or securing adjacent stones in stone wall lining in cement mortar 1 : 2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand), including making the necessary chases in stone and holes in walls wherever required.
Providing and fixing copper pins 7.5 cm long 6 mm diameter for securing adjacent stones in stone wall lining in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand), including making the necessary chases.
Providing and fixing dry cladding on walls at all height with 30 mm thick gang saw cut stone with machine cut edges of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1 m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The steel frame work, stainless steel cramps and pins etc. shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing structural steel frame (for dry cladding with 30 mm thick gang saw cut with machine cut edges sand stone) on walls at all heights using M.S. square/ rectangular tube in the required pattern as per architectural drawing, including cost of cutting, bending, welding etc. The frame work shall be fixed to the wall with the help of M.S. brackets/ lugs of angle iron/ flats etc. which shall be welded to the frame and embedded in brick/PCC/RCC block wall with cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 300x230x300 mm, including cost of necessary centring and shuttering and with approved expansion hold fasteners on CC/RCC surface, including drilling necessary holes. Approved cramps/ pins etc. shall be welded to the frame work to support stone cladding, the steel work will be given a priming coat of Zinc primer as approved by Engineer-in-charge and painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint (Shop drawings shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-charge for approval before execution). The frame work shall be fixed in true horizontal & vertical lines/planes. (Only structural steel frame work shall be measured for the purpose of payment, stainless steel cramps shall be paid for separately and nothing extra shall be paid).
Providing and fixing adjustable stainless steel cramps of approved quality, required shape and size, adjustable with stainless steel nuts, bolts and washer (total weight not less than 260 gram), for dry stone cladding fixed on frame work at suitable location, including making necessary recesses in stone slab, drilling required holes etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
SH - VI : WOOD & PVC WORK
Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing fire resistant door frame of section 50 x 60 mm on horizontal side & 35 x 60 mm on vertical sides having built in rebate made out of 1.6 mm thick GI sheet ( Zinc coating not less than 120gm/m²) suitable for mounting 120 min Fire Rated Glazed Door Shutters. The frame shall be filled with Mineral wool Insulation having density min 96Kg/m³ . The frame will have a provision of G.I. Anchor fastners 14 nos ( 5 each on vertical style & 4 on horizontal style of size M10 x 80 ) suitable for fixing in the opening along with Factory made Template for SS Ball Bearing Hinges of Size 100x89x3mm for fixing of fire rated glazed shutter. The frame shall be finished with a approved fire resistant primer or Powder coating of not less than 30 micron in desired shade as per the directions of Engineer - in- charge . (Cost of SS ball bearing hinges is excluded).
Providing and fixing 60 mm thick glazed fire resistant door shutters of 120 min Fire Rating confirming to IS:3614 (Part II) or EN1634- 1:1999, tested and certified as per laboratory approved by Engineer-in-charge, with suitable mounting on door frame, consisting of vertical styles, top rail & side rail 60 mm x 60 mm wide and bottom rail of 110 mm x 60 mm made out of 1.6mm thick G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120gm/m²) duly filled mineral wool insulation having density min 96 kg/m³ and fixing with necessary stainless steel ball bearing hinges of size 100x89x3mm of approved make, including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer or powder coating not less than 30 micron etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (panelling to be paid for seperately).
Providing and fixing glazing in fire resistant door shutters, fixed panels & partitions etc., with G.I. beading made out of 1.6 mm thick G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/m²) of size 20 x 33 mm screwed with M4 x 38 mm SS screws at distance 75 mm from the edges and 150 mm c/c , including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer/powder coating of not less than 30 micron on G.I. beading, & special ceramic tape of 5 x 20 mm size etc complete in all respect as per NBC 2016, IS 16231 (Part 3): 2016 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with glass of required thickness having 120 minutes of fire resistance both integrity & radiation control (EW120) and minimum 20 min of insulation (EI20). The manufacturer have to give test report/certification of fire glass and the glass should have the stamp showing the value of E, EW & EI. The glass shell be tested in approved NABL accredited lab or by any other accredition body which operstes in accordance with ISO/IEC 17011 and accredits labs as per ISO/IEC 17025 for testing and calibration scopes shall be eligible. The maximum glazing size shall not be more than 1100x2200mm (w x h) or 2.42 sqm.
SH - VII : STEEL WORK
Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Designing, fabricating, testing, protection, installing and fixing in position semi (grid) unitized system of structural glazing (with open joints) for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building for all heights and all levels, including:
(a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for the specified design loads conforming to IS 875 part III (the system must passed the proof test at 1.5 times design wind pressure without any failure), including functional design of the aluminum sections for fixing glazing panels of various thicknesses, aluminium cleats, sleeves and splice plates etc. gaskets, screws, toggles, nuts, bolts, clamps etc., structural and weather silicone sealants, flashings, fire stop (barrier)- cum-smoke seals, microwave cured EPDM gaskets for water tightness, pressure equalisation & drainage and protection against fire hazard including:
(b) Fabricating and supplying serrated M.S. hot dip galvanised / Aluminium alloy of 6005 T5 brackets of required sizes, sections and profiles etc. to accommodate 3 Dimentional movement for achieving perfect verticality and fixing structural glazing system rigidly to the RCC/ masonry/structural steel framework of building structure using stainless steel anchor fasteners/ bolts, nylon seperator to prevent bimetallic contacts with nuts and washers etc. of stainless steel grade 316, of the required capacity and in required numbers.
(c) Providing and filling, two part pump filled, structural silicone sealant and one part weather silicone sealant compatible with the structural silicone sealant of required bite size in a clean and controlled factory / work shop environment , including double sided spacer tape, setting blocks and backer rod, all of approved grade, brand and manufacture, as per the approved sealant design, within and all around the perimeter for holding glass.
(d) Providing and fixing in position flashings of solid aluminium sheet 1 mm thick and of sizes, shapes and profiles, as required as per the site conditions, to seal the gap between the building structure and all its interfaces with curtain glazing to make it watertight.
(e) Making provision for drainage of moisture/ water that enters the curtain glazing system to make it watertight, by incorporating principles of pressure equalization, providing suitable gutter profiles at bottom (if required), making necessary holes of required sizes and of required numbers etc. complete.
This item includes cost of all inputs of designing, labour for fabricating and installation of aluminium grid, installation of glazed units, T&P, scaffolding and other incidental charges including wastages etc., enabling temporary structures and services, cranes or cradles etc. as described above and as specified. The item includes the cost of getting all the structural and functional design including shop drawings checked by a structural designer, dully approved by Engineer-in-charge. The item also includes the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working structural glazing as specified, cleaning and protection till the handing over of the building for occupation. In the end, the Contractor shall provide a water tight structural glazing having all the performance characteristics etc. all complete as required, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.
Note:- 1. The cost of providing extruded aluminium frames, shadow boxes, extruded aluminium section capping for fixing in the grooves of the curtain glazing and vermin proof stainless steel wire mesh shall be paid for separately under relevant items under this sub- head. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area of structural glazing (including width of grooves ) on the external face shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.
Note:- 2. The following performance test are to be conducted on structural glazing system if area of structural glazing exceeds 2500 Sqm from the certified laboratories accreditated by NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories), Department of Science & Technologies, India. Cost of testing is payable separately. The NIT approving authority will decide the necessity of testing on the basis of cost of the work, cost of the test and importance of the work. Performance Testing of Structural glazing system Tests to be conducted in the NBL Certified laboratories
(1) Performance Laboratory Test for Air Leakage Test (-50pa to - 300pa) & (+50pa to +300pa) as per ASTM E-283-04 testing method for a range of testing limit 1 to 200 mVhr
(2) Static Water Penetration Test. (50pa to 1500pa) as per ASTME- 331-09 testing method for a range up to 2000 ml.
(3) Dynamic Water Penetration (50pa to 1500pa) as per AAMA 501.01- 05 testing method for a range upto 2000 ml
(4) Structural Performance Deflection and deformation by static air pressure test (1.5 times desing wind pressure without any failure) as per ASTME-330-10 testing method for a range upto 50 mm
(5) Seismic Movement Test (upto 30 mm) as per AAMA 501.4-09 testing method for Qualitative test. Tests to be conducted on site.
(6) Onsite Test for Water Leakage for a pressure range 50 kpa to 240 kpa (35psi) upto 2000 ml
Providing, assembling and supplying vision glass panels (IGUs) comprising of hermetically-sealed 6-12- 6 mm insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened float glass 6 mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface # 2 of approved colour and shade, an inner Heat strengthned clear float glass 6 mm thick, spacer tube 12 mm wide, dessicants, including primary seal and secondary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete for the required performances, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The IGUs shall be assembled in the factory/ workshop of the glass processor. (Payment for fixing of IGU Panels in the curtain glazing is included in cost of item No.25.2) For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm.
(i) Coloured tinted float glass 6 mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on face # 2, + 12 mm Airgap + 6 mm Heat Strengthened clear Glass of approved make having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35 %, Light reflection internal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to 20 %, shading coefficient (0.25- 0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/m2 degree K etc. The properties of performance glass shall be decided by technical sanctioning authority as per the site requirement.

ACOUSTIC CEILING WORK IN AUDITORIUM
Providing Fibre Glass Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with 1200*1200*25mm thick Optra Microlook 90 Edge Tiles with Armstrong Silhoutte grid. The tiles shall have smooth laminated visual with Humidity Resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.9 -1.0(Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) as per ASTM C423 standard, , Light Reflectance ≥85% as per ASTM E-1477, Colour Pebble White, Fire Performance of Class 0/1 as per BS 476 Part 6/7 with 15mm Square Tegular/Microlook 90˚ edge and 8mm drop in module size of 1200 x 1200mm. It shall be suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 66% (GW)/ 74% (RW).
ACOUSTICAL TREATMENT WALL PANELING
Providing G21 CHANNELLED WOODWORKS OF SIZE: 192X2400X15MM-Wall Application Channelled Woodworks perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length 2400 mm, made of a Moisture resistant fibre board substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade (Portland Maple, Sea Beech, Siam Wood & Mystique Walnut, Interior White, Alumina Pearl) and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the reverse surface has a “Helmholtz” fluted perforation with consecutive 3mm wide groove followed by 21mm of visible pane. The edges of the panel shall be “tongue-and-grooved” to fix special clips for installation and seamless visual. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non-woven Soundtex acoustical fleece hot pressed to achieve NRC of 0.5. (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) as per ASTM C423 and Humidity Resistance (RH) of 70% with camber limit less than 1mm/1000mm and bow less than 1mm/300mm.
Providing and Fixing of Knauf Optra Acoustical Wall Panel with square edges made of fibre glass substrate 25mm thick, wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparent fabric as per the approved shade (Husk, Copper, Sangria, Sesame, Coffee, Charcoal, Titanium, Flame, Peanut and Shell). The panel shall be classified for Fire Class A, as per ASTM E-84. Supply, Installation,Testing & Commissioning of Modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating having 100% hermetically sealed inverter type twin Rotary/Scroll Compressor(s), minimum two compressors (with individual seperate PCB) for above 14HP modules, microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R-410-A Refrigerant or equivalent, vibration Isolators with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. DX 'Cooling Coil Section: SS-304 construction end plates with Hydrophilic costing on Fins to be provided.
Fan Section: Fan section shall be equipped with a Single Inlet Centrifugal Impeller with High Efficiency Backward curved airfoil blades and AC motor, energy optimized for operation without spiral housing for high efficiency and favorable acoustic behavior. The minimum efficiency class of the motor shall be equivalent to IE4 suitable for continuous operation. The speed of the motor shall be varied with variable frequency drive. The fan in totality shall be of most efficient type so that the power Consumption and noise level is minimal. The motor shall be minimum IP54 protection class.

(A) Incomers
Suitable capacity MCCB Microprocessor base with O/C, S/C,E/L release of TPN 50KA breaking capacity (Ics=Icu), ON, OFF,Trip, R, Y, B - LED Indicating Lamp set alongwith required Instruments and accessories with extended rotary handel and door interlocking arrangment. Current rating of the Incomer in ampere shall be APFC Panel rating in KVAR x 1.4 x 1.5 or Nearest higher standards rating.
(B) Instruments & Indications
3-Phase current sensing APFC microprocessor relay/controller , advance 8/12 stages (8 stages for capacity below 100 KVAR and 12 stages 100 KVAR & above) with Communication Ethernet/RS485/SNMP port open protocol for BMS integration as per approved by Engineering in charge and having display of Phase wise V, A, PF, Cos-Phi, Kw, KVA, KVAR, THD-V , THD-I, harmonics up to 31 level. 3 nos of dual core CT's accuracy class 1, 15VA at incomer of PCC Panel for APFC relay.
iii) Digital Multi function meter with LED Display for V, A, PF, KW, KVA, KVAR, THD-V & I, Frequency.
iv) Suitable rating control transformer shall be provided for control and indication circuit.
v) All components like control transformer, meter, relay and indicating lamp shall be protected by using suitable rating individual MCB's.
vi) Wiring of the control circuit shall be done by using 2.5 sq mm, FRLS/HFFR 1100 V grade, PVC insulated multi stranded copper control wire.
(C) Bus Bars
1.3 Amp per Sq.mm,TPN, Electrolytic grade Aluminium bus bar of capacity 1.25 times of incomer rating as per CPWD specification.
(D) Outgoings (APFC Section)
(i) Capacitor bank ratings & stages shall be as per the technical specifications sheet of NIT.
(ii) Capacitor will be MPP self healing type with discharge resistor, pressure release mechanism.
(iii) Since Capacitor Voltage is 525 Volts, thus higher KVAR has to be considered to get rated output at 415 Volts.
11 KV HT PANELS BOARD
11kV 3WAY Ring mains Unit (1 incomer 2 outgoings )
Design, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 11 KV, 630A, 21KA for 3secs, SF6 insulated, Motorized, Outdoor, Right side extensible RMU , type tested in line with latest IEC standards. The RMU shall be suitable for operations at a height up to 1000 meters above sea level and at 40 degree ambient temperature without any derating. The switchgear and busbar shall all be contained in a stainless steel enclosure filled with SF6 at 0.3 bar (300 hPa) relative pressure. The RMU tank shall provide full insulation, making the switchgear insensitive to the environment with degrees of protection of IP67 . The switchgear operating mechanism shall have an IP2X protection and cable chamber shall have IP55. The outer enclosure should be IP 55 type tested, should be powder coated with pure polyester based paint , suitable for the site installation condition. Outer enclosure should be a integrated one and indoor RMU placed inside outdoor canopy is not acceptable. Accidental overpressure due to an internal arc is limited by the opening of the safety valve, at the bottom of the metal enclosure, away from the operator. An operator situated in front, lateral and rear (A-FLR 21kA – 1sec, downwards exhaust, for tank as well as cable compartment) of the RMU switchboard during an internal fault will not be exposed to the effects of arcing. Internal Arc Type Test Report for IAC AFLR 21 kA for 1 sec for both tank & cable box should have been for minimum 3 way / 3 Function RMU. Plug in type of extensibility must be provided and coupling busbar should not be exposed to air to avoid oxidation of busbars. Extension of cubicle should only require 450mm to handle and the gap between the coupled RMU’s must be within 10mm. All operations shall be from front of the RMU, including access to cable bushings. Cable bushings along the sides or the rear of the RMU are not acceptable. The outer enclosure of the RMU should be capable of withstanding the C5M climatic conditions as per ISO 12944-6 near to the sea shore within 500 M radius of sea shore. RMU Manufactured by OEM / OEM's authorized license partner are acceptable if they furnish the valid license under technology transfer.

Load Break Switch (LBS) as Incomer each comprising of the following:

Forming groove of uniform size in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer, including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge :

CHAPTER - XVIII : ARBORICULTURE WORKS
Trees & Plantation Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately)

Shrubs Plantation Digging of Beds upto 60cm depth in all type of soil or pits 60cm deep including removal mild vegetation, debris etc. Refilling the pits with the excavated earth after antitermite treatment and mixture with cow dung organic manure in the ratio 3:1(3part of good earth :1 part of organic manure ) manure cost included (extra good earth if needed to be paid for separetely on actual measurement basic) Flooding the pit with water so that the earth & manure mixture settles down. Supply and plantation of approved shrub species(Like- TMC vari/callendera/cassia bifora euphorbia red/ Hibiscus/ Largestomea /Plumbago/ Hamelia/ Ficus Panda or equivalent)saping of good quality disease free, healthy 2-3 years old with well developed root system, in the centre of pit, with a clear ,minimum height of 1-1.5feet after the plantation,stacking the plant is essential with bamboo stick of same height treated with anti termite solution and fixing in position, tie with stick at, suitable place, shrubs if planted in beds shall be places @ 60cm. Watering it for 30days regularly as the minimum guarantee period including replacing the casualities with same size and age of plant if any.
