Notes For Item No 1 Contd.....:- 2. The panel manufacturer should have following certification:- (i) CPRI certificate Degree of protection IP-54 (should have IEC: 61439-1-2 & IEC: 60529 tests) (ii) CPRI certificate short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA. (iii) CPRI certificate rated current not less than 5000A 3. MCCB (microprocessor based) should be capable for on line setting of the current. 4. All the electrical switch gear like MCCBs and MCBs should be of same make. 5. Drawing of panel board should be got approved from AGE (I) Lansdowne before fabrication. 6. Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2. 7. Any item technically required for proper functioning of APFC panel but not mentioned in the item is deemed to be included in item rate quoted by the firm. 8. The location of APFC Panel is IInd Stage Pump Huse & IIIrd Stage Pump Huse.

Supplying, laying, commisioning and testing of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed steel armoured aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable ( Conforming to IS 7098) ISI Marked in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads of size 185 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specifed and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc.1.5 mtr in depth for poles /laying of electric underground cables and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables) and getting out trimmimg the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in any type of soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting points in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fine dry sand cushioning for under ground cable by providing layers of sand 8cm thick before laying and 15cm thick after laying the cable including stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed . Note :- For payment purpose Punned (consolidated ) thickness of sand will be measured .

Supply and laying factory cast , unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark "LT CABLE " class LV Type 1 , ISI marked flat size 250x150x40mm laid in trenches as specified and directed .

Supplying, laying & jointing GI water tubing, 80 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / pole post incl clamps nut bolts etc /under culvert/ under road etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M& L, for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.5 mtr below groud level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected by 25x4 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles, check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish, inetrnal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm X 300mm , 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320 x 320 x 80 mm size (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, adequate quantity of common salt, charcoal etc all, as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified incuding and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtr long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, Medium grade, including all excavation and earthn work and connecting the earth strip to an earthing test point/panel including testing on completion complete alll as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note:-(1) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC (1:2:4) type B1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 Kg/Sqm in lieu of CI cover (2) Cost of addtional GI strip more than 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid seperately under item-10 here-in-after.
