SITC of office waste electrical incinerator for burning of general office waste like dry leaves, papers, cardboards etc as required. Incinerator should be as per Central Pollution Control Board CPCB) with following accessories and specifications:
(i) Capacity of incinerator should be approx. 08-10 kg/hr
(ii) Chimney height - not less than 25 feet
(iii) Primary chamber - Constructed from mild steel fabrication and inside fully insulated internal aluminia refractory brick lining with temperature range of 850 - 1000 deg centigrade and secondary chamber 1000-1450 deg centigrade
(iv) Secondary chamber - Constructed from mild steel fabrication and inside fully insulated internal aluminia refractory brick lining with temperature range of 1000- 1450 deg centigrade
(v) Air Pollution control device - Ventury scrubber high pressure jet type made of Stainless Steel(SS 316 L). Outlet temperature> 80 deg celsius with Ph modified water as SCrubbing media.
(vi) Re-Circulation Pump for venture scrubber - Centrifugal type made of Cast Iron with GI Piping.
(vii) Droplet seperator & circulation tank(lnterral)- Cyclonic type made of Stailess Steel(SS -316 L). Recirculation Tank is made of MS 3mm thick with epoxy paint and water inner & Outlet value provided. Application is to remove moisture
(viii) I.D Fan - Centrifugal type made of MS with direct drive
(IX) Combustion Fan - Centrifugal type with modulation provision made of MS and direct drive
(X) Control Panel- Digital type made of MS powder coated with providion of auto cut system of burners/heater. Digital type Temperature controller
(XI) Feeding door size 18" x 18" approx
Terms and Conditions:
(i) Rates should be inclusive of GST/other taxes
(ii) No extra T&P will be provided
(iii) FOR- BSF campus Gandhinagar, Gujarat only
(iv) Cost of civil foundation/shed/electrical service condition if required as per OEM will be borne by department
(v) Conditional Bid will not accepted
