Excavation in soil mixed with single boulders etc. requireing the use of specials T&P, if any, for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5 M and lead up to 30 M with back filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches.Assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches , it is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with shingle , bajari & boulders and rest 25% will be in medium rock.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. - All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering : All work up to plinth level - 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) by volume. Hardening compound is mixed @ 2 liter per 50 kg of cement or as per manufactures specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinkable priming coat to give an even shade.

Finishing walls with exterior paint of required shade - New work (Two or more coat applied over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied .

Painting Steel work(doors, windows, etc.) with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied over an under coat of primer applied of approved brand or manufacture.
