S&F 1.25 mm thick Pressed steel frame size 125 x 60 for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges ( 125mm long-12 Nos & 75mm long - 2 Nos for each door ), lock strike plate, hold fast etc., including Frames shall be filled with PCC 1:3:6., type C-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F wiremesh door pvc providing 30mm thick factory made wire mesh solid pvc door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. Tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm X 19mm for stiles and 15mm X 15mm for top , lock and bottom rails. M.S. Frame shall have a coat of metal primer of approved make and manufacturer 19mm X 19m M.S. square tubes shall be covered with heat moulded plain sheet ' C' channel made from 5mm thick PVC sheet manufactureed by an ISO-9001-2008 certified company , of size 30mm thickness and 90 mm width out of which 75mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be bent in 90 degree angle on either side forming stiles, one of the 90 degree bend edge is cut from stiles as well as rails to nails from inner side of door to hide wire mesh fixing steel screws. 5mm thick 115m wide PVC sheet out of which 100 mm shall be flat and 15 mm shall be bent in 90 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 130 mm wide pvc sheet out of which 100 mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be bent in 90 degree on both side to form lock rail . An additional 5mm thick pvc strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' channel using pvc solvent cement adhesive. panel will be of SS wire mesh of 24 gauge and 1.4 mm aperture to be fitted inside area of stiles and rails. The wire mesh in top , bottom, and lock rail is sealed with 15mm X 15mm tube with steel screw of size 13/6 mm. 10mm thick (5mmX2nos) thick pvc strip of 25 mm width is to be stuck & nails on Both side of G.I. wire mesh interior at the top , bottom &lock rail. 10 mm thick (5mmX2nos), 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail door to be fixed to frame with 3nos. M.s powder coated butt hinges size 100 mm X 25mm X 2mm and 32 mm long steel screws drilled suitable to pass throug both the walls of the M.S. tube other hardwares should be fixed with 19X6mm size steel screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces of roof as water proofing treatment in CM 1:4, including finishing the surfaces even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment to roofs surfaces including a coat of applied bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm evenly on roof surface and a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on primed surface and laying of 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) unrolled and bonded completly to the substrate with side overlap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm and then sealed/fused by flame or bitumen and a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on top of APP modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer instruction and finally it will be finished with a coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm ,complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repairs curtain rod made of SS pipe dia of rod 25 mm with decorative brackets and ends complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sunken floor treatment as described as under (i) to (vii):- (i) Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically Provided or in any type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken portion incl vertical wall surface complete as directed . (ii) M&L to fill the sunken floor with PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using Brick aggregarte over the treated surface complete as directed . (iii) M&L 40mm thick (Min) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout . Vertical sides shall be plastered in CM (1:3) 15mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions .Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e. PCC & Plastger be carried out at the same time complete all as specified and directed. (iv) After laying sewage /Plumbing pipes with fixtures in position 2 coats of OMIPLAS EP -101 epoxy compound shall be applied complete all as specified and directed . (v) Spouts of 25mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450 mm clear of face outer a wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water including cutting holes and making good if needed as specified and directed . (vi) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defects complete all as specified and directed .the sunken portion shall be tested for leakage /seepage /dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours .in case any defect is noteced the portion shall be grounted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again .The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage /seepage /dampness is eliminated as specified and directed .

S&F factory made PVC Cupboard frame of the size 75mm x 40mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm thick plain/prelam PVC sheet of density 600 kg/cbm, having bottom width of 50mm and thickness of 10mm. All four frame lengths reinforced with 15 mm x 15mm M. S. square tubes of 19 gauge thickness throughout the frame and mitre cut at two corners adjointed with 2 nos. of 15mm long brackets 0f 10mm x10mm M S square tubes. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8/100 long M S screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4 nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum of 2nos. of screws to be provided horizontal member etc. complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge, manufacturer's specification and drawing.

S&F factory made PVC cupboard flush type shutter of 30mm thick consisting of frame made out M S tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size 19mm x 19mm for stiles and rails. The inside panel shall consist of 20 mm thick multichamber hollow PVC section of 1mm wall thickness, bonded using solvent cement/ cynoacrylate adhesive with 5mm thick plain/prelam PVC sheet, on both side of inside panel incliding necessary items to fix the shuter to frame such as 100mm stailess steel hinges, 100 mm long handles made of anodised aluminium and magnetic ball catch for each pair of shutter.All four edges of the panel to be sealed with lipping of 10mm thick and 20mm wide PVC sheet baton (made by sticking 2nos. PVC foam sheet of 5mm thickness using PVC solvent cement adhesive). complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.
