Improvement of Existing Boat Landing Centre and Public Rain Shelter at Sipakuda in Puri District

Setting up the piling gantry and connected equipment over each pile location, including cost of shifting, cost of all materials for (400 mm Dia Pile) piling gantry, labour, Labour cess & T& P required setting up the rig to alignment and correct dimensions as shown in the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Main Jetty, Approach Jetty, Finger Jetty)

Boring through all types of soils, boulders, hard starta and rocks etc.. for 400mm Dia vertical bored piles from the existing ground level 0 mCD to the founding level(-)10.0m CD of the piles, including bailing, flushing the bore bentonite with required density, chiselling, shifting of materials labour, Labour cess & T& P required etc. complete the work as per directed by the Engineer-In-charge.(Main Jetty, Approach Jetty, Finger Jetty) Note:-i) In case the soil stratum at the founding level is loose the Engineer or his representative may direct the contractor to carryout additional length of boring and payment shall be made accordingly. ii) The sample of bored materials of regular interval shall be collected and produced for the verification of the Engineer or his representative at no extra cost . in case any test reqiured by engineer in-charge, bored the samples so collected shall be referred to an authorized laboratory / agency identified by the Engineer , cost for testing shall be included in the quoted rate. engineer in-charge decision regarding founding level is final.`no claims in this regards are entertained. iii) Boring through all type of soil strata means soft soil, weathered rock, cemented sand, boulders and hard rock etc., iv) The boring in all type of soil measurement will be made on the basis of depth of boring from encountered soft soil level to founding/pile termination level. v) All the boring depths shall be jointly measured actually at site and Engineer in-charge decision is final.

Supplying and fabricating M.S.liners confirming to IS specifications of SAIL of specified thickness for required length with M.S. shoes of 0.5 m height using 6mm thick M.S. plates for bored vertical pile measured from cut off level of pile to the terminating level including supplying, cutting, rolling, bending, handling and welding cost, labours, Labour cess, materials, accessories,all taxes, hire and running charges of all machineries, royality, labour, material, T&P, conveyance charges, Port entry fees etc. all complete as per drawings and specification as directed by Engineer-In-charge.(Main Jetty, Approach Jetty, Finger Jetty, Compound Wall, Toilet, Ticket Counter, Kiosk) Note:- The stiffener shall be measured under this item.In case the soil strata found to be not good in the founding level of the liner, extra depth may be provided as per site condition.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in concrete mix M35 for Cast in situ Pile using tremmie method up to cut off level excluding cost of steel reinforcements in position as per approved drawing and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge including mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, including all labours, slings, shackles, supply of all labour,Labour cess material, transportation cost, hire and running charges of all machineries such as cranes, lorries etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.(Main Jetty, Approach Jetty, Finger Jetty, Compound Wall, Toilet, Ticket Counter, Kiosk)

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in concrete mix M35 for Precast & Cast Insitu in Column, Beam, Slab, Staircase, Road & Parapet wall, excluding cost of steel reinforcements in position as per approved drawing and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge including mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, including all labours, slings, shackles, supply of all labour,Labour cess, material, transportation cost, hire and running charges of all machineries such as cranes, lorries etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.(Main Jetty, Approach Jetty, Finger Jetty,Compound Wall, Approach Road, Service Road, Parking Area, Paved Area, Toilet, Ticket Counter, Kiosk)

Fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcement TMT bars(Fe 550)confirming to IS 1786 specifications of SAIL/RINL/TISCON for all reinforced cement concrete pile cage including lifting hook, cutting, bending, tying with 16 gauge G.I. binding wire and welding to proper specifications wherever required including cost of steel and binding wire, cover blocks of 75mm dia in CC M35 mix, supply of with supply of all materials, labour, Labour cess transportation, T&P, all taxes, tollage, safety measures, port entry fees, etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (Main Jetty, Approach Jetty, Finger Jetty, Compound Wall, Toilet, Ticket Counter, Kiosk) Measurement of reinforcement will be made on lengthwise including hooks, if any, separately for different diameter as actually used in work, excluding overlaps, from the length so measured, the weight of reinforcement shall be calcuted in tonnes by multiplying the coefficient per unit length of bar as per code of the respective size of bars used on the basis of wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding & placing shall not be measured as the cost of these items has already been included in the analysis of rates for reinforcement as per rule in force

Construction of RCC Railing of M35 Grade Precast & Cast Insitu with 20mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, center to center spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm, leaving adequate space between vertcal post for expansion, joint with supply of all materials, labour, transportation, Labour cess ,T&P, all taxes, tollage, safety measures, port entry fees, etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge as per approved drawings and technical specifications as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Chiseling/Breaking using suitable tools and equipments the top of pile concrete up to the receipt of dense concrete and dressing the pile head suitably so as to receive the form work for deck work , including breaking to the required level exposing the pile reinforcement to sufficient length as per approved drawing for embedding into the coping beam etc. including removal of concrete debris from the site, supply of all labour, material, transportation cost, hire and running charges of all machineries complete for 1000mm dia piles as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.(Main Jetty, Approach Jetty, Finger Jetty) (Compound Wall, Toilet, Ticket Counter, Kiosk)
