Cutting in earth work in all heights/ depths and in all kinds of soil ,such as kankar, moorum ,shingle and composed or soft rock hard rock including their intermediate classifcation and chiselling/wedging out rock where blasting is prohibted including saturated soil and filling in embankments etc. where ever necessary by manual / mechanical means as technical specifications clause 1603.1, including disposal of unserviceable materials in all leads and lifts. The disposal of unserviceable materials will be done on approved dumping site . Any damage to the private/Public property during execution will be restored by the contractor what so ever the nature of the same may be. The serviceable material will be stacked in specified dimensions and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge., the qty. of which shall not be less than 45.000 cum. The recovery of useful stones will be done @ 350.00 on prorata basis.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site. according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and un- useful material and transportation of the un -useful material for disposing at approved dumping site or otherwise and including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour ,machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required ).

Providing and laying mechanically mixed vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement :4sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm ,so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden / steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling up to all heights and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in:-Foundation footing and basis of columns.

Columns, pillar post & struts etc. Square, rectangula or polygonal in plan.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed vibrated cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm. nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for feinforced concrete work In Foundation footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete, including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

in Columns pillars, posts and struts, upto floor to level

Providing mild steel / tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including binding wire, cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete upto all floors level including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing second class bricks work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level above in all floor level in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement :6 Sand) curing complete, including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior / exterior plastering upto all floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 30cm in girth and finished even and smooth including carriage of material within all leads and lifts in all floor levels as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand).

Providing and laying mechanically mixed vibrated cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement :3sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in foundation and plinth.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 30cm in girth and finished even and sand opapered smooth. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts in all floor levels as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand)

Stone soling properly hand packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating by ramming manually to the required gradient and camber including spreading ,watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavements ISI marked having thickness 80 mm (M 50 grade) as per drawings and technical specification clause 1504, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of requied shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials. within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
