Design Development, Delivery of One Week Management Module (5WorkingDays) for IPS Officers as Residential Program for a maximum of Ten Mid Career Training Programs MCTP Phase 4 from Nov 2024 and onwards at the rate of 1 to 2 Prog Per Year

One week (5 working days) fully residential module on Management topics to be conducted for SVP NPA, Hyderabad Cost of design, development of teaching and learning materials and delivery of the one week module, including boarding and lodging of participants and logistical arrangements of one MCTP Phase -IV Programme in Physical Mode covering 70 to 90 participants with admissibility of 15% as additional strength to be conducted at at Partner Institution. a) *Net Price (in Indian rupee) b) *Tax component as applicable (in Indian rupee): This should include • the cost of the venue, boarding and lodging charges of the participants, • reception and local transportation of the participants from Airport to place of accommodation and back, • the costs for professional time of speakers and discussion leaders and other supporting staff in design, development of teaching and learning material and delivery of the modules, • travel costs of speakers and discussion leaders and other supporting staff, their accommodation and living costs, in case of International Speaker, the international travel, visa costs, local travel costs, accommodation and living costs, • the cost of evaluation of performance of the participants and the speakers used and Institution Administration costs. Note: i) The travel cost of the participants from Hyderabad to the station of the Partner institution and vice versa need not be included as part of the price bid. ii) In case the batch size falls below 70, necessary deductions on pro-rata basis for each shortfall of participant below 70 will be made from the payment due to the partner institution. Similarly, if the batch size exceeds 104 participants (i.e. + 15% of 90), the partner Institution will be paid on pro-rata basis for each additional participant above 104, in addition to the payment due to the Partner Institution. iii) The one-week Residential module will be for 5 (five) working days and the accommodation has to be provided from 12 noon of one day prior to first day of commencement of the module upto the 12 noon of the next day after completion of the module on the fifth day. Hence accommodation to be provided for total 6 (six) nights. Note : (i) Cost of delivery modules of one programme in Physical mode will be taken into consideration for evaluation. *Note (ii) The amount quoted here should be the net amount and the taxes, levies and duties applicable in India should be shown separately to calculate the total amount.
