M&L for water proofing treatment to roofs surfaces including a coat of applied bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm evenly on roof surface and a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on primed surface and laying of 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) unrolled and bonded completly to the substrate with side overlap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm and then sealed/fused by flame or bitumen and a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on top of APP modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer instruction and finally it will be finished with a coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F decorative wooden finished curtain rod made of MS pipe covered with coloured PVC layer dia of rod 25 mm with wooden finished decorative brackets and ends complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS framed work such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars sholdered and/or riveted into spikes ,framed guard bars/ railings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sunken floor treatment as described as under (i) to (vi):- (i) Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically Provided or in any type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken portion including vertical wall surface complete as directed . (ii) M&L 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout . Vertical sides shall be plastered in CM (1:3) 15mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions .Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e. PCC & Plastger be carried out at the same time complete all as specified and directed. (iii) After laying sewage /Plumbing pipes with fixtures in position 2 coats of OMIPLAS EP -101 epoxy compound shall be applied complete all as specified and directed. (iv) Spouts of 25mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450 mm clear of face outer a wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water including cutting holes and making good if needed as specified and directed. (v) M&L to fill the sunken floor with PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using Brick aggregarte over the treated surface complete as directed. (vi) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defects complete all as specified and directed .the sunken portion shall be tested for leakage /seepage /dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours .in case any defect is noteced the portion shall be grounted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again .The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage /seepage /dampness is eliminated as specified and directed.

Taking down old cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed
