Servicing/Repair to 84 TR chiller plant for air conditioning of NICU-A & PICU wards installed at roof top of new pediatric block at Govt. SMGS hospital, Jammu by providing and fitting of 3 no new compressors of 12 TR capacity each in place of old/damaged compressors, of some standard make, rewinding/replacement of outdoor fan motors -04 No, 50A Contactors -3 No., PCB with controller card -01 No. including internal wiring of three Units. Rewinding of chilled water motor -02 No. The job also includes flushing out of scaling by providing and fitting of drain valve 01 no., drain pipe arrangement and float valve 01 no. in the makeup water tank. The job also includes leak detection test of the compressors line by way of flushing the line and holding pressure with nitrogen for 24 hours, rectification of the leakages and then vacuumising of the refrigeration line with deep vacuumising and then charging the compressors with refrigerant R-22. The job then includes checking of leakages in copper piping circuit, rectification of leakages with the help of copper brazing. The job also includes replacement of 3 no new sensors in place of the damaged one. Complete servicing of AHU installed at NICU A & PICU wards by way of servicing with proper chemical through pump to remove unwanted dust from cooling coils and also washing of air section filters. Job also includes Providing and fitting of new fan belts -02 no, complete rewinding of AHU motor 1 No. Complete servicing of blower of AHU of NICU-A & PICU by way of dismantling, carriage to market for its servicing/strengthening. The job further includes providing and fitting of 4 no’s new bearings as per sample, strengthening to shaft by way of welding, turning and finishing on lathe, alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets, back carriage to SMGS Hospital. The job also includes reassembling/ installation and testing on full load. Complete job in all respects including cost of material, labour charges, testing charges, handling charges and all kinds of taxes thereof.
