Excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated /un saturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/soft rock or chiseling in hard/soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated earth more than 3mtr.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts and handing over the usable materials available from excavation to department free of cost as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size)a excluding cost of centring & shuttering in Foundation and Plinth.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1.5 sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work and reinforcement of RCC work in foundation and plinth with in all leads lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundations footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete work in

Walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtr. ) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top pf foundation level up to floor two level

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surface such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like: Floors etc. up to 200mm in th.

Vertical surface such as ( any thickness ) partition and the like attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string coursesand the like

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two levels

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placig in position complete upto floor two level

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade I/c thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dust dirt & other foreign matter

Prov and fixing 3.15 mm MS sheet main hole cover 600x600 mm with locking arrangement drawing brooming

Providing and Laying in trenches galvanized mild steel tubes light grade tube fittings ( earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separetly)
