Excavation over areas, nexc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas, exc 1.5 mtr deep but n.exc 3.00 mtr and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth in soft/loose soil for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in wide and exc 1.5 mtr deep but n.exc 3.00 mtr in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for returning filling in any type of soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated material (Soils) to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in ground floors and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry/stone slabs built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, jambs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls in foul position including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks in one brick thick honey comb walling, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm internal dia of pipe salt glazed stoneware drain pipes grade 'A', laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:1, complete all as specified and directed ISI Marked.

M&L for concrete bed in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed with thickness of bed below the barrel of pipe as 100mm and width of bed as 450mm to sewage pipes of 150mm internal dia including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations or mass concreteor sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations or mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) ,type C1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate as) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, retaining wall etc on the top of the brick masonary including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains and finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished to drain or channel of 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mould, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces with using WPC @3% by weight of cement, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

Supply only liquid waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type B-1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) as in slabd supported on walls beams and columns in floors, roof, landings, balconies, canopies,deck slab and shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs as roof slabs, floor slab, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick on rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips/welded to frames complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips/welded to frames complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1 MM thick mild steel plain sheet cover for side of man hole cover, covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames);chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs;ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut tosize edges beaded if directed, holes punched;including round headedscrews, clout nails orrivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc.,with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up,mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required.

Dewatering of sewage water from septic tank/soakage well /manhole of any size, depth and capacity by means of sewage tanker fitted with pump (3000 Ltr capacity) and disposing off out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for desuldging of septic tank/soakage well of any size and depth by mechanical pumping by plugging inlet or manually as required, including effluent, solids and sludge out of MoD land including removing the septic tank/soakage well covers and reinstating to its original position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of manhole of any size and depth including cleaning the mouth of inlet and outlet pipes by taking out accumulated soil, sludge etc mechanically or manually including removing the manhole covers and reinstating to its original position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of blockage of EWC/IWC/urinal and floor/gully traps of bathroom and kitchen by getting out all mud/sludge, cleaning of sewage pipe upto first manhole and depositing the sludge in barrow pits of suitable size to a distance as directed and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 100/150/200mm internal dia at any depth through manholes by removing the manhole covers, by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine or manually as required at site, getting out sludge and liquid materials from connecting manholes and sewer line, flushing with water after cleaning, reinstating the manhole cover to the original position and removing the solids and sludge out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed (Note : Cost of removal of sludge/liquid material from sewage lines and manholes in same line is included in rate of this item)

Cleaning the blockage of any type in CI/AC/PVC Soil/ Waste/ rain water pipes of any dia or other location by removing cleaning eye and re-fixing the same after cleaning the pipe making good the damaged cement joints dia of pipe not exceeding 150mm up to 4th floor all as directed (Each blockage shall be measured and paid).

S&F in repairs Vitreous china Squatting pan (Ist quality) , 'Orissa pattern, white, with integral foot rest excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe including connection to trap, to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc complete including making good to floor Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan pedestal pattern white including fixing with plastic water closet sea, black, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device trap complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n. exc 0.11 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 incl dismantling of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110 mm dia PVC(SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches ,in floor or fixed to wall including necessary clamps complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.38 above but 75 mm dia pipe.complete as specified and directed

S&F in repair PVC bends any radius 110mm bore with acces door complete as specified and directed.

All as per item No.40 above but 75 mm bore complete as specified and directed

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) floor trap with grating including jointing with solvent cement to waste pipe 75 mm dia with dia of outlet 75mm complete all as directed

M&L 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection /hardstanding , laid in panels, finished the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair CP Grating doom 125mm dia with/without waste hole of steel fixed on floor/nahani trap with cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Site clearance by cleaning away grass, bush, saplings, shrubs, brushwood indergrowth, root and trees not exc 30 cm girth and removing the rubbish upto a distance not exc 50 mtr as in soft/ loose type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed.
