Sweeping & cleaning of all floors including stair cases & head rooms, open spaces, common space & compound and disinfecting of all toilets & WCs with all necessary cleaning materials and equipments such as detergent powder, bleaching powder, muriatic acid or harpic, mopper, wiper etc. including disposal of refuse to the outside of the compound. 24 man x 311 days = 7464 mandays 12 man x 54 days = 648 mandays ----------------------------------------------------------------- Total = 8112 mandays
Supervisor for observing the duties of the sweepers and also the cleanliness of the compound. 1 man x 365 days = 365 mandays
Supply of all necessary materials required for sweeping & cleaning like cloth, Jharu, duster, bleaching powder, detergent, muriatic acid or harpic, mopper etc.
