SINGLE COAT PLASTER: 12 to 19 mm thick Single coat mala or single coat rough / finished plaster to walls, ceilings, soffits, columns, piers etc. in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 sand) applied finished, smooth and cured complete. This item is also applicable as back coat of tiles in DADO.

DOUBLE COAT PLASTER: 18 to 30 mm mm thick double coat plaster to walls, columns, piers etc. in finish coat cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 sand) applied and cured complete. Rate including using of water proofing chemical.

Making grooves, drip moulds etc. in plaster / ceiling junctions/ rcc and at any location or level AS DIRECTED by Engineer

Providing and laying 50 to 75 mm. thick IPS flooring (1:2:4) to the required slopes and in panels and over subgrade or slab as per specs, including for work, curing and finishing with grooves, etc. complete.

Providing & laying 25 mm to 32 mm thick green kotah stone flooring of uniform thickness and size 60 x 45 cm or 60 x 60 cm laid to pattern as per engineer in charge's direction over average 25 mm thick CM bedding 1:8, rubbing the edges on M.S. girders laying slabs & filling joints with cement slurry pigmented to match the shade of the slabs, including curing rubbing etc. at all levels as directed & specified.

Providing, laying and fixing in position as shown on drawing and as specified 300mm x 200mm first quality glazed tiles of Johnson, Somani, NITCO or approved equivalent make, on cement slurry, finishing the joints in white cement and kept in a continuous vertical line, chasing the wall and finishing and making good the plaster flush with the tile and centre point plumbing fixtures, all complete as directed. Basic rate of Tiles = Rs. 50/- per sqft. BACK COAT PLASTER will be paid extra in item no. 104. CHHANT plaster will be applicable over this only if required by the engineer. No extra payment for CHHANT plaster.

Same as item no. 110 above but ceramic tiles of approved colour and shade for toilet floors. Rate shall be inclusive of 1:4 mortar bedding material. Basic rate of tiles = Rs. 55/- per sqft.

PIPE SCAFFOLDING: Erection of pipe scaffolding for repair and restoration work as per the standard practice for safety upto maximum 60' height of Main Complex or any other location. The structure shall be self supporting type. The walls shall not be allowed to be punctured for supporting the scaffolding.

FLUSH POINTING NEW SURFACE OR POINTING REPAIR: Providing and Making surface pointing using brick powder made at site (by rubbing the brick on brick ), tapcrete chemical ( CICO make ), and ordinary Portland cement ACC or equivalent approved make ).Complete work to be carried out as per IIMA norms etc. complete as directed. This item is to be executed for OLD SURFACE repair works. Step 1 - Brick powder and tapcrete chemical to be mixed and a thin paste to be made which can be directly applied to the wall with the help of painting brush. Step - 2 - Cement + Tapcrete chemical to be mixed and a thin paste to be made which can be directly applied to the brick wall using thin paint brush. The brick joint (POINTING) lines are to be made with this paste.Providing cement flush or raised pointing in 1:2 cm prop. Including the racking of joints and filling with cement sand mortar. ( Matching to existing IIMA buildings.

RCC SURFACE REPAIR: Removal of damaged CONCRETE & Repair of the RCC BOTTOM SURFACE SLAB, RCC HAUNCHES, TIE BEAMS etc. using rich cement concrete, chemical compound as required, CURING COMPOUND also to be added etc. complete as directed.

Whitewashing with lime (fat lime class-C) TWO COATS to give an even shade to walls and ceilings including scaffolding: cleaning the existing white washed surface to the maximum with SAND paper & WATER paper, filling up holes cracks etc. with POP to the satisfaction of site in charge including cost of lime power and DDL, etc. complete all as per specification.[ Location: Old and New surfaces in HOUSES AND BUILDINGS AT IIMA CAMPUS. ] - WHITE COLOR

Painting STRUCTURAL STEEL with TWO COAT of SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT of FIRST quality and approved SHADE to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces with SAND / WATER PATER , putty work, primer etc. complete all as per specifications. LOCATION : Existing grills of door, window & ventilator.

Providing and applying on wood work TWO COATS SYNTHETIC CLEAR VARNISH of approved make including cleaning the surface, filling the crevices with approved filler, tripod ladder etc. complete all as per specifications. WORK TO BE CARRIED OUT AS PER MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS. Location: Old and new surfaces of door, window & ventilators of houses in IIMA Campus.

WINDOW: Fully glazed wooden window shutters (side hung) with styles, rails, horizontal & vertical 3" X 1.5" glazed with 5mm thick clear sheet glass of mudguard or float or approved equal fixed with first class teakwood beading, putty etc. complete ( With clear glass ). Plywood 12 mm thick in place of glass shall also be used if required to suit the site condition at the same rates.

KITCHEN PLATFORM SHUTTER: Providing and fixing in position shutter below kitchen platform as per the design and material specification provided by Consultant/Engineer in charge, complete with 1"x 6 mm beading Patti, external laminate of shade and colour approved by the competent officer, necessary hardware and lock all inclusive and complete.
