SCHEDULE 'A'

S&F 12 mm thick Toughned Glass Door with patch fittings with cover plate of SS-304 Grade including Decorative type Stainless steel 304 grade floor Spring, fixing/moving arrangement at top, designer glass handles 2 Nos of 450 MM suitable size as directed, Fin Connect Patch Lock etc in each door, including cutting holes in any size in floor and wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 12 mm thick Toughned Glass as in Partition with patch fittings with cover plate of SS-304 Grade, necessay accessories etc, including cutting holes in any size in floor and wall, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jamps, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite over screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick 1:6 etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing.

S&F 10 mm thick PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm printed PVC sheet suitably placed/ fixed over PVC sheet fillet as in wall panelling, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for wooden bar cabinets, display rack, service counter, cut glass hanging arrangements, below cabinets with shutters, built in type fixed to wall, made of 1st class hardwood, including painting polishing and necessary fixing and locking arrangements, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for wooden bar table with below cabinets with shutters made of 1st class hardwood, built in type fixed on floor and matching with the side and upper cabinets, including painting polishing and necessary fixing and locking arrangements, top serving area n.exc 5 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for wooden reception table (600 mm x 1200 mm) with below cabinets made of 1st class hardwood, built in type, fixed on flooor and jointed with the side cabinets, including painting polishing and necessary fixing arrangements, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Key stand/ display cabinet (450 mm x 600 mm) at reception counter, made of 1st class hardwood, built in type, fixed on wall including 4 mm thick tinted glass or cabinet shutter as required and painting polishing and necessary fixing arrangements, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Aluminium Composite panels in all colours of approved brand for external / internal wall cladding at all heights and elevations including necessary aluminium composite panel consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of anti oxidant LDPE sandwitched between two sking of 0.5mm thick alloy sheet making a total sheet thickness of 4mm. The surface shall be finished with PU base coating on the top side and service coating on the reverse side shall be with a polymer paint. The system to be fixed to the brick/ stone/ masonry/RCC walls/framed structure with necessaary clamps, bracket and anchor fasteners fixed over and including base frame fabricated with aluminium square pipe of size 25mm x 25mm with 1mm thickness in 600mm x 600mm size of grid including stainless steel screws, nut bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicon sealent for groove filling, backer rods etc, complete all as per manufacturer instrsuction and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. All clamps and brackets shall be hot deep galvanised minimum 20 microns, (items include cost of aluminium frame, ACP Panels, Cramps, weather sealant, gasket, foam, fixtures, scaffolding, all machineries and any fastening strips, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc., complete all as specified and directed.
