Schedule 'A'

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position all as spd and directed including removal of debris out of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed. (Upto 4th story bldg)

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including pcc tiles, plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and as directed.

M and L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs, padding concrete over roof or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP base polymeric membrane, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: Polymeric membrane shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule A)

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.4 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surface. (Note :- Bituminous primer shall be "TANK MASTIC" manufactured by "EMUFALTE" manufactured by M/s Texsa India Ltd. or equivalent ) (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer 3mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane shall be "MOPLY FP 3MM" manufactured by M/S Texsa India Limited or equivalent. (iv) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.)

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work mixed with water proofing compound in top layer @ 3% by the weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule 'A')

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645-1975 specifications. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) for finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling and fair finished without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of new surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distempering including 1mm thick wall putty all complete as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable cable of any size carefully from trenches after disconnecting electric connection, GI pipe protection, with and including separating serviceable bricks & set aside and removing un-serviceable bricks from site complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power UG cables, heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 16 sqmm 2 core with and including all fixing & connecting accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe, bricks for protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule 'A').

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well rammming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay dry river sand filling for under ground cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub class B bricks of size 25cmx12.5cmx7.5cm (+/-10% tolerance) for protection of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Removal of surplus soil shall be deemed to be include in the unit Rate. (ii) GI pipe will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.
