Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in of excavated material any type including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated material of any type to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m bove the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Maintenance and attending complaints / breakdowns at NAD Technical area and NAD Residential area comprising of LT panels, over head lines/ underground LT cables upto main distribution boards at buildings including repairs of day to day maintenance of LT panels/Perimeter lights for smooth & trouble free LT power supply as directed by Engr-In-charge including rectification of minor defects to electrical controls gear/accessories.

Note : The rate quoted is inclusive for the following :- (i) (a) Attending minor repairs/breakdowns without involving any new (major) materials. (b) Cost includes the tools for attending break down and minor materials like lugs and PVC tapes,Job Cards and Complaint registers etc. (c) Major repairs,Break downs invloving S&F of materials such as cables,Joints,MCCBs etc are out side the scope of this item and shall be measured and paid separately.

(ii) Contractor should ensure to carry out the work through qualified Technician/Electrician and assisted by the helper. Necessary tools & plants and transportation charges are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iii) On completion of the task/attending break down necessary Job card duly signed by the stake holder. (iv) Lamps, chokes, igniters, capacitors, connectors and holders etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items herein under this Schedule.

M&L for fixing in repair adhesive sticker radium type red coloured water resistant of approx 2 inches width around the circumference of pole at a approx height of two meters all as directed.

Excavation of cable size 70 Sqmm to 300 Sqmm from its loop, cleaning, cutting of old termination kit and refill of termination kit of suitable size alongwith refilling of cable with sand and bricks.
