Providing FRP wood finish door frames made with fire retardant grade

9.121: Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross- section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminated shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Double skinned Cement board partition works

Supplying and installation of moisture resistant/fire resistant 8 mm thick Heavy duty fiber cement board manufactured by well known company as per the direction of engineer in charge standard sizes fixed with self-drilling /taping screws. Screws shall be of counter sunk rib head of 1.60mm to 4 mm thick of 8 to 10 gauge of length varying from 25 to 45 mm. Area of cement board only will be measured. Steel tubular structures will be measured separately.

Providing false ceiling with tkt panels

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing; fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanised with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37 mm, at 1200mm c/c, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flanged of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I chanels 45x15x0.90mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm c/c, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm c/c, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I intermediate channel with connecting clip made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.50mm thick 27 mm high having flages of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partitions with the help of Rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of TKT PVC Boards to ceiling section and perimeter channels with the help of day wall screws of size 3.5x25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing ; finishing to a flush finish , all as per manufacture specification and also including the cost of making opening for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitable fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in charge with 9 mm thick TKT PVC ceiling panel sheet.

Plastering

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead:With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand)

Removal of existing painting

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying cement primer

Providing and applying wall putty

Providing and applying wall putty of approved make of 2 mm thickness over plastered or fibre cement board surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying epoxy grout to floor tiling

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg). including filling /grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Size of Tile 1200x600 mm

Painting the GI structures with anticorosive bitumastic paint over zincromate primer 2 coats

Painting (two or more coats) on GI structures fittings with black anticorrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture over and including two layers of priming coat of ready mixed zinc chromate yellow primer

Providing and wrapping the GI structurals with anti corossion wrapping tapes as per the instruction of engineer in charge as per IS specification

Providing and wrapping the structural steel item with Coal tar based anticorosion tape for protection of MS/GI structurals as per IS 15337:2003. The material shall be fixed as per the instruction of engineer in charge. The wrapping tape shall be overlapped on each wrap to avoid exposed surface.
