Operation and Maintenance of water cooled 3 x 390 TR Central AC Plant complete with high and low side as required to be carried out in 3 shifts of 8 hours every day (24 x 7 hours)/round the clock, one supervisor in general shift, and one no. electrician in general shift, fourth nightly engineer visit in official working hours or as and when required for a period of 12 months or more and to maintain desired and healthy Air Conditioning System in the Institute (DSCI).

Comprehensive maintenance including routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of high and low side comprising equipments of HVAC system installed in air conditioning plant, i.e. Mcquay Make water cooled 3 x 390TR, Central AC plant, ductable package type, cold storage (blue star) & other peripheral AC units such as tower, Cassette, Chillers, Boilers, Pumps, & accessories and related main electrical panels, stator panel with cooling towers fines etc and / split /window type A.C., AHUs, CSUs, FCUs and associated accessories as per inventory attached and scope/Schedule of maintenance mentioned in tender document to ensure functioning of high side/low side comprising equipments of HVAC system including with operation theatre (O.T.) all complete as per terms and conditions and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Defective/damaged Supply installation test and commissioning of Mcqway make controller with Kit for upgradation in 390 TR chiller along with configuration, programming, modifications in control system, wiring all complete as per required and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement defective/damaged of Package units Voltas/Blue Star make condenser coils for Air cooled ducted package units in GI casing copper header & steel adaptor having size 1230X910X70 mm with transportation all complite as required and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of defective/damaged old condenser coil, decanting of refrigerant, & Fixing of new Condenser coil in 5 TR ODU Changing condenser coils complete with all fittings and modifications including nut bolts, gaskets etc all complete and taking away the same as credit item on buy back basis as required and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Defective/damaged Supply installation test and commissioning of 5/8 inch and 7/8 inch size copper pipes duly color coded all complete as required and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Defective/damaged Supply installation test and commissioning of closed cell nitrile rubber insulation of suitable size along with complete fitting and accessories all complete as required and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Defective/damaged Prefixing towards Pressure testing with N2, vacuuming, gas charging along with commissioning of units all complete as required and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
