Supply of M.S flats, Angles any sizes as per the requirement etc., complete as directed during execution
Supply of M.S. Tubes & pipes of all diametres as per IS-1161
Supply and fixing of stainless steel SS-304 grade tubes, sections, plates , sheets and pipes of all sizes and diameters etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fabrication of stainless steel railing works using SS welding rods including buffing , polishing , lacquer finishing , to present seamless finishing etc., complete as directed during execution .
Labour charges for fabricating steel works like Window Grills, Compound Wall Grills, Iron Doors, Windows including cost of welding rods, power charges, excluding cost of fixing in position.
Labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like Trusses, Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders including cost of welding rods, power charges, etc excluding cost of fixing in position.
Labour charges for fabrication of stainless steel railing works using stainless steel welding rods including buffing, polishing, lacquer finishing to present seamless finish.
Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint Gr-I over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.
Construction of pre-cast Fly ash cement/lime solid block masonry in C.M(1:8) using pre-cast cement blocks made with C.M(1:8) commercial quality of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm or any approved size including curing cost and conveyance of all materials, as directed during execution
Plastering in Cement mortar (1:3) 20 mm thick using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.
Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging Excavator- Loader (JCB) (Capacity / out put of machine 0.24/1 Cum). 1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs. 2. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of Earth per hour. 3. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor. 4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges. 5. The payment of the Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above. 6. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should have the Tacho metre and it should function properly.

Supplying of aggregates 13.20 to 0.09 mm (IRC and MORTH) (m-042), complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge during execution.
Providing and fixing precast concrete blocks (interlocking pavers) using not lessthan M40 grade paver blocks and thickness not less than 80 mm for medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658-2006 of all shapes and designs as per the specification, over sand bed of 20 mm to 40 mm (30 mm average) thickness and compacting with vibrating plate compactor having 3 tonne compaction force there by forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints. final compaction of paver surface to be done after spreading and brushing the fine sand into joints to its final level. The work includes cost of all materials such as interlocking pavers, sand etc., Labour and equipments such as cutting machine, lift, loading & unloading to work site clearing, bringing required all materials for the successful completion of work as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 MORD and as directed during execution by the Engineer-in- charge of the work.
Note: i. Thickness of interlocking pavers and underlaying sand bed shall be as per the Table 1 of IRC SP:63-2004 based on the traffic and type of road. The data can be worked out accordingly. i.e. 1.Cycle tracks and pedestrain footpaths, 2. Residential streets, 3. Industrial streets, bus and truck parkings areas and 4. Arterial streets, etc. ii. The base and sub-base over which interlocking pavers are to be laid shall also be as per the Table 1 of IRC SP:63-2004 based on the traffic and type of road/ground surfaces.
Labour charges for laying and fixing of precast concrete blocks (interlocking pavers) for paving of all grades, any thickness, all sizes & shapes including water for wetting of bed, vibrating plat compactor and all labour charges for loading & unloading, laying to disired lines and levels complete and excluding cost of cement, sand, electricity, etc.
Painting with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades Grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Painting with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Hire charges for Road Roller diesel 10t as directed during execution
Supply and placing of the M20 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using concrete mixer using of 20mm HBG crushed metal 0.480 cu.m , 10mm HBG crushed metal 0.320 cu.m , sand 0.400 cu.m and cement 350 kg with water cement ratio of 0.53 (185.5 Lit per cu.m of CC) etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department, inxcluding cost of centering, shuttering charges, but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).
Note : The design mix shall be got designed by furnishing the information required as per clause 19.1.1 &19.1.2 of IS 456-2000 by the contractor at his own cost and get approved from the competent authority before execution. The cement considered for above M20 grade concrete is 350 kg/cu.m and the rate is arrived accordingly in the estimate. After the mix is designed and approved, if there is any variation in the quantity of cement, over the cement content adopted in the estimate, the same will be considered and paid/recovered at estimate rate (+/-) T.P ( Either increase or decrease in quantity adopted in the estimate). Payment will not be made for variation in the quantity of other materials such as coarse & Fine aggregates.
