Boiler Annual Inspection

Annual Inspection, Maintenance, Cleaning and Painting of 2 TPH Thermax Boiler (Registration No. T11207) including internal and external inspection; cleaning of the boiler shell, smoke tubes and furnace; removal of soot, scale, sludge, ash and other deposits; inspection of refractory, boiler mountings, safety valves, pressure gauge, water level gauge, feed check valve and blow down valve; hydrostatic pressure test, wherever required; rectification of steam leakages; testing and setting of safety valves; performance testing; surface preparation and application of suitable heat-resistant and anti-corrosion paint to the boiler shell and other designated external surfaces; submission of inspection reports; assistance for inspection by the Tamil Nadu Boiler Inspectorate; obtaining the Boiler License Renewal Certificate; and supply of all required labour, tools, tackles, consumables, testing equipment, paints and painting materials, transportation and all incidental charges for complete execution of the work as per the Tender Conditions and Technical Specifications.
