1 Repairing and Servicing the damaged 630 KVA oil cooled automatic voltage controlled Servo stabilizer installed for Emergency Block of GMCH Jammu by way of disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing electric connections and draining out all the T- OIL and storing it properly in barrels. Job includes dragging out the Servo manually/mechanically using tools & tackles. Dismantling of Stabilizer by way of unfastening Nuts & Bolts of top cover and extracting out the damaged coils along with core by means of chain pulley block and tripod stand. Job includes shifting of Servo assembly to workshop and then cleaning/ repairing to dimmer coil by way of polishing with emery paper and proper varnishing, replacement of control cards 03 No’s, synchronous Motors 01 No, limit switch 01 No, moving arms 01 No’s with carbon holders and phase indicator setand all the 3 Ampere guages and lubricating of all the gears of servo motors. The job also includes cleaning, servicing of oil chamber by checking of leakage and plugging it by way of welding and assembling of stabilizer. Painting the body of the servo with same colour of enamel at bottom and wherever needed .Job includes shifting back of Servo assembly to the site and dragging the servo to its installed position & then topping up the reprocessed T oil and then filling the rest with fresh T-OIL 500 ltrs, so that all coils are fully immersed in the oil. Making connections of voltage stabilizers input and output side by connecting the cable. Job also includes thimbling to end terminals by crimping process and charging the stabilizer on no load for 6 hours, then testing the stabilizer on full load. The job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles and all the taxes as applicable 1 JOB Excess(+) Full Conversion INR

2 Providing and fixing of damaged Aluminium cladding of MS chiller pipeline 5” dia – 24 mtr length (approximately) in Emergency Block of GMCH Jammu. The job includes removing all old/damaged Aluminium Sheet along with ‘C’ shaped Thermocoal and cleaning/clearing all the surface of MS pipe with wire brush and then fixing of ‘C’ shaped Thermocol with special adhesive throughout the required length of pipe. Then fixing of Aluminium sheet of 24 guage on the thermocoal with the help of special tools and tackles and star shaped self locking screws.Then testing the unit on full load of Air conditioning for water leakages if any . Complete job includes the cost of material, transportation, tools and tackles ,labour charges and all kinds of taxes. 1 JOB Excess(+) Full Conversion INR
