M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/stone work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing the surface even and even smooth without using extra cement..complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L 20 mm thick rendering in in two layers 5mm thick in CM 1:4,over 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work/Stone or concrete surface to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement Including WPC compound 3% by weight of cement.(Note :a) Intergial WPC Compound shall be used in second layer,b) Intergial WPC shall be paid seperately on supply only.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling to be finished complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of oil bond distemper and 3 mm putty all complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Complete Removal of existing treatment on wall and applying two coats of oil bond distemper and 1 mm putty all as complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance asper IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm .complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats and any width or girth etc, the area of application should be cleaned thoroughly, remove all dirt, dust and uneven elements from the surface by washing and scraping and all the unevenness in the surface should be corrected by filling the exterior wallcare putty, surface should be sanded down with fine grade sand paper for smoothness and applying one coat of exterior primer and 02 coats of Exterior Weather Coat Emulsion Paint of white or tinted shade as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar of any descriptioncomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down all existing roof treatment incl wire brushing and washing down with water cleaning loose dust etc from surfaces of RCC roof incl flashing and juntion of parapet complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Average 40mm thk Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course/padding with slope 1:40 all as complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L 10 mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) mixed with waterproofing compound on padding layer for roof treatment all as complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately on supply only.)

M & L for water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slabs by applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 litre/sqm and laying Actitic Polypropylene (APP) modified membrance , reinforced with non woven ployester, of 3.50 Kg/sqm (minimum, 3mm thick (minimum), with minimum 75 mm side overlaps and 100mm end overlaps and applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.. Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar . complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L 18-20mm thick Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Moulding to Granite(single or double) slab including rounding off edges for 18-20 mm thick slabs including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 20 mm thick CM 1:4 bedding layer laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured designer tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match 0ver 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3).(Make: Somany/Johnson/Orient Bell or equivalent) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete bedding and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid to 200 mm bore drain pipes in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) laid to falls including packing under, and tested, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. NOTE :- Pipe shall be measured and paid separately).as in repairs.

Removal of all loose/unsound/bad/damaged concrete or plaster existing RCC structure of slab/beams/walls/chajja by using chesel/hammar .Cut and remove unsound reinforcement bars, wires etc without damaging the sound reinforcement . clean loose rust from bars manually with brush . fixing new supplymentary bars if required,either by tying it with existing bars or by welding on it. Applying epoxy bonding agent and making good with polymer modified plaster/micro concrete as required thickness over a coat of rust removing alkaline primer and match the finishing to the existing surface in ground floor including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Providing cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.50m clear span, cills, steps, and other similar bands, plinth courses string courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneeles, apex stones, bed plate kerbs etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Description all as per item No 97 here in before but using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded flame retardant PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm copper conductor flame retardant PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly.
