Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles not exc 0.25 cum . All as above but built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and Add for portions ordered to be dismantled

Dismentaling Brick jack arches in lime mortar Ditto in cement mortar or cement lime mortar n. exc. 0.25cum.etc. complete

Taking down cement plaster on brick surface mud plaster on brick or stone walls, etc.including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water of any description area n.exc. 1.0sqm

Cutting opening through brick walls built in cement mortor for door, window and othe opening or enlarging existing opening, converting window in to door openings etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under pinning, including providing fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceble bricks, hardcore etc to store and rubbish n.exc. 50m. opening up to 0.25cum.

Cutting hole into or through brick wall 250 mm tk. cement concreteand making good in CM 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required opening exc.150 sqcm but n.exc 400 sqcm.but in brick walls built, in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar or walls of lime concrete.

Material and labour for rendering patch work plaster in wall ceiling, floor etc not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in cement mortar 1:4 of 15mm thickness, including all taking down old plaster, cleaning & fair finishing surface with white wash/ cement paint / OBD/paint etc.

Material and labour for rendering patch work plaster in wall/ ceiling, floor etc exceeding 0.5 Sqm but n. exc. 1.0 sqm. in cement mortar 1:4 of 15mm thickness, including all taking down old plaster, cleaning and fair finishing the surface rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) with white wash/ cement paint /OBD/paint etc.

Supply and fixing for replacement of existing AC/SWG Pipe with PVC(SWR) of 3m length & 110 mm diameter by taking down the existing old pipe and fixing with all accessories like clamps, nails & screws i/c making joint with old pipes etc
