The successful Lowest (L1) Man Power Agency has to deposit 5% of contract value as performance security deposit or Bank guarantee, to that extent. Submit acceptance letter in Rs 100/- Bond Paper to that effect with Notary

The Agency should not have been black listed by any Govt. or Non-Govt Institutions or Govt. department undertaking/Public Enterprises/Local Bodies. Submit Rs 100/- Bond Paper with Notary

The successful bidder should have to establish office at district level within a week after awarding the contract. In this regard submit undertaking in Rs 100/- bond paper with notary.
