Housekeeping services to various building lobbies except for RTC and SCC building lobbies, rooms, laboratories, active areas etc. at Bidhannagar campus of VECC, Kolkata 700 064 as per following description and sub-items for carrying out operation in each category of worker as per direction of Engineer In-charge. A. Sweeping moping & removing cob-webs from the corridors, Staircases, Lift lobbies, rooms, laboratories, offices etc. of various buildings, establishments up to six storey (approximately up to 24 m above ground floor) having total floor area of approximate 14510 sqm, cleaning glazed windows, doors, panels including collection and disposal of wastes such as papers, polythene, thermocole, card-boards, garbage, bottles kept outside each door steps and at common areas of floors etc. including daily sweeping and cleaning of roads & pavements in the campus for approximate area of 4500 Sqm and disposal of the same to garbage vat etc. complete at least once in a day or more as required. B. Cleaning of Water closets, Urinals, wash basins, sinks, bath rooms fittings, mirrors etc. including removal of chockages of 53 toilet blocks etc. complete at least once in a day or more as required. C. Providing housekeeping and daily services from 6.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. or round the clock to boarders/guests etc. staying at two guest houses/hostel in 58 rooms (30 nos. in old guest house and 28 nos. in Silver Jubilee Guest House) consisting of 3350 Sqm area etc. as per direction of Guest House in charge, VECC. D. Providing assisting to documentation of received materials to floor cleaning, room freshener and maintaining of cleaning checklist of 53 toilet & bathrooms and daily support services for housekeeping works.

Semi Skilled worker to carry out the house keeping works.
